This is a beautiful historic hotel, the suite was very spacious and the bed and pillows comfortable. The restaurant was grandioso, prices reasonable and the food authentic and delicious! We even got a tour of the ballrooms and the views from the top floors. Great stay, highly recommend it

Very convenient access to Highways and an easy area to walk and check out restaurants and coffee shops. Safe on-site parking and beautiful lobby that hearkens back to an earlier era. A classically beautiful hotel in the heart of Utica.

the location was convenient to our needs however the lack of a separate space for weddings,conferences and other type event is lacking...A wedding was taking place right in the front check in area while we were checking in plus we had to wait an additional hour before our rooms were ready to check in...

Someone had left stinky left overs in the fridge in our room that were never removed. Not a big deal. Loved the place and will come back.

Best hotel lobby anywhere! Really! The hotel is convenient for what we want in Utica. We enjoy sitting in the lobby on evenings we stay here. Old, beautiful, elegant.

Beautiful hotel, great rates. Odd room layout as a result of being much older from an era of different design sensibilities (1912), but still great.
