Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Goa

Very nice place to stay with family ..good location , nice staff. But recreational activities ike cycling , fun zone for are paid . These kind of activities in a 5 star resort should be complimentary for the kids.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

The room was very clean, food were delicious, and view of the swimming pool was fantastic. I had a great time there.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Apart from the staff at the reception (during check-in and check-out) the rest of the staff is amazing and quite helpful. One big issue with the hotel is that there are stairs everywhere so if you are traveling with a toddler+stroller it can be a pain to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Apart from that, the hotel restaurants and staff there are amazing. Both the food and the service. I'd definitely stay there again and hope the staff at the reception is more accommodating in the future (instead of being insanely SOP driven)

We stayed here for family vacation. All seemed good until we found fungus growing heavily in the bottom of drinking glass bottle while having lunch. We complained to the staff but they gave no attention to it. Then we asked them to call ***ager or some concerned person from F&B. But not only the entire staff, even the ***ager was too reluctant to come and meet us. Despite asking them several times nobody came to us and address the issue. I guess they only turn up when someone gets hospitalized after consuming their water and food. We have small kids and elderly person in the family, this matter made us really worried for their health. After paying a good hefty amount, this is the last thing to expect from such a 5-star property. Here no 5-star standards are maintained.

Chef Mohsin was excellent to serve the food and good service to the customer and really helped us in serving . I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible meals you've been serving at the hotel. Your culinary creations have truly been a highlight of my stay. Each dish has been expertly prepared with attention to detail, bursting with flavor and creativity. Your dedication to your craft is evident in every bite, and I'm continually impressed by the consistently high quality of the food you deliver. Thank you for making my dining experiences here memorable and enjoyable. Your talent and passion for cooking shine through in every dish, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to taste your delicious creations.

My recent stay at Kenilworth from May 11th to May 13th was far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Uncomfortable Lobby Environment: The lobby was uncomfortably warm with no air conditioning, making the initial impression less than welcoming. Unannounced Construction: Throughout our stay, construction work was ongoing without any prior notice. This resulted in disturbances and an overall unpleasant a**osphere. Dull Dining Experience: The Mutlicuisine restaurant failed to impress. The ambiance was lackluster due to ongoing ceiling maintenance, and there was no music to enhance the dining experience. Unwelcome Guests: To add insult to injury, we discovered a bee hive on our balcony chair, posing a significant safety hazard and indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Safety Concerns at the Pool: Despite it being a weekend, there was no lifeguard present at the pool area on Saturday, raising serious safety concerns for guests, especially families with children. Questionable Star Rating: It's evident that Kenilworth falls short of its claimed 5-star rating. The only redeeming qualities were the jacuzzi and the pool slide, which, while enjoyable, couldn't co****sate for the overall disappointing experience. In conclusion, my stay at Kenilworth was marred by discomfort, lackluster facilities, safety hazards, and an overall sense of dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise against considering this hotel for future stays.
