Premier Inn London Uxbridge

Room was comfortable. Warm and good nights sleep let down and we were extremely disappointed that there was black mould in the bathroom that would never be expected in an establishment of yours .. Given its great reputation ... We did report it and the response was would you like a breakfast to compensate ... The answer is and was no we would expect the bathroom to be free of Black Mould .. Also there was mould at the base of the window in the main room ..

I cannot fault. 100% a wonderful hotel with absolutely friendly staff. Special thanks and a huge credit to RAAKESH who is very professional and provided an outstanding efficiency service throughout our stay along with other staff members within the restaurant/bar side. Our stay was totally amazing from being welcomed really well to being looked after throughout our duration of stay. Even with a few/little team of staff still pleased receiving a great customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious hats off to the chef, served fresh and brought to the table hot. I would recommend the meal deal, as it is very good value for money and a good choice of variety on menu. Overall a fantastic hotel to book your stay in.

I recently visited Uxbridge premier inn the staff were amazing, all the staff have been so helpful during our stay. The management team was very professional and provided an excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant

Premier Inn is not what it used to be. The staff have been cut to the bone meaning we had to buzz the bartender in order to check in. They gave us a disabled room (not required) with an unlocked connecting door into the next room, which was occupied. After saying there were no more rooms, they found us one - but we had to go down later and complain the heating didn't work. Turned out they hadn't switched it on for that room. In the bar-restaurant, only one of the three draft beers was available, and most of the menu was unavailable as they were having "supply problems". The same story applied at breakfast time, though they did have what we wanted. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet, and warm once they'd turned on the heating. The staff were friendly and professional, but there were too few of them.

The place is being run by such a minimal number of staff, you have a nightmare trying to phone this hotel. The onsite restaurant is only open for breakfast and evening meals and closed during the day. Surprising as it is on a business estate. The restaurant felt dirty with sticky tables and sticky floors! Our booked accessible room had 2 extractor fans going when we entered. The receptionist then came and took them away, that's when we realised that some inconsiderate person before us had been smoking in the room. By that time we were in our night clothes and were in bed, so felt that we couldn't go and ask for a room change, so thought that it may be ok ... Well it wasn't!! We could smell the cigarette smoke in our sleep, which was really uncomfortable. The next morning we found that our clothes, bedding and coats all smelt terrible. The smell obviously had got into the soft furnishings, so the curtains, and armchair stank! Only a steam clean of the curtains, carpets and soft furnishing can eradicate the smell. We didn't have breakfast as the state of the restaurant put us off! We used to stay in Premier Inn quite a lot for business and leisure. However, have noticed in the last few years that no maintenance is being carried out and the interiors are just being left to fall apart. Sorry, another loyal customer lost!

I always use this hotel on my trips to London. Always. Friendly staff, great rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Lashmie is a constant friendly member of staff who is so helpful and recognises us now and is always so pleased to see us. Parking is hot and miss but there is a great car park very close. The pillows and bedding are so comfortable that I bought some for home too.
