One of the reception employees broke into my roo. and stole Rs. 12.000,-. Luckily they could find out who did it and returned the money. The Management did not offer any compensation, or upgrade. I had to ask for this myself. When I did, they told me I adjourned decide how to compensate, leaving the decision with the client! The following day I decided to leave as I was no longer at peace. I told I would not pay for my stay. But the biggest shock came with their two requests of the management: They asked me not to write the incident in my review and also asked not to inform the booking agency. I consider this request as rude, and unreasonable and not being fair. I think all should be aware there are serious security risks at this resort and the management and owner care more about the good name of the resort then of their guest well being.
