Extremely friendly staff (great hospitality), great selection of food at breakfast combined with fantastic dinner courses (fantastic food), very nice hotel facilities incl. heated outside pool, nice rooms and good connection to skiing with ski bus directly in front of the hotel (wonderful location)

The hotel is incredible, the attention is perfect, it was a very pleasant stay and with everything that the hotel offers you that makes it even better! The food is unbeatable, one of the best I have ever had in my life and of course from the moment you enter until you leave they take care of you in the best way. The truth is an experience that is worth it. And living the experience of enjoying the heated pool and that it was snowing, was the dessert strawberry.

We had a great time on vacation, everything was perfect. Food, staff, cleanliness, pool and sauna. We have been here for the second time and we are happy to return next year. They will have new rooms. The bus picks you up in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the gondola. You don't need a car.

Room was great for our three person family , very comfortable beds , every day cleaning service .Every dinner was an exquisite experience , compliments to the chef . Friendly staff . Nice pool and nice spa area .Alpinhotel exceeded our expectations .

Great family run hotel. We stayed for 6 nights including half pension. Rooms were spacious, with good firm beds, The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and doing the ou**ost to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices, and fresh omelette on order. Dinner was Italian style with buffet antipasti, starter, entré and dessert. Good variation, very well presented, and mainly good food. Kids enjoyed the warm pool, and spa/relax area is very nice, with a tea station available downstairs. Bus station right in front of the hotel takes you to Kronplatz ski area in less than 10 minutes. It is a great option as parking there is quite limited. 10 min walk to the village with bakery, several restaurants, groceries, etc.

It was perfect stay in Alpinhotel Keil during our vacation in Kronplatz. I suggest this hotel to everybody who want nice experiance, nice rooms, fantastic food, wellnes, pool, I need to say that personal was very friendly

Excellent Hotel + Restaurant and also Fitness is from excellent quality . Friendly & warm familie . Feel comfortabel . WE could reach the ski area with bus/car within 10 minutes. The room was clean and good. Next time we go for a bigger room with balcony

Everything was perfect! Room (spacious, terrace was excellent) , food, staff, pool, location etc. We will visit this beautiful hotel next year and we will take our friends with us. Playroom for kids was also great. They enjoyed it! See You!

Perfect hotel, situated on a perfect location, excuistite food and wonderfull staff.We loved it so much that we already booked for next year! Eveything was even better than we imagined.They have also spa, indoor and outdoor pool! We cant wait to go back again!
