The best place we stayed on our 10 day trip. Service was outstanding, room was spotless, would and has recommended it to friends.

Crowded. Room was hot. AC didn’t work well. Slight unknown odor in room. Very spacious and great location. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is definitely clean. The room was spacious. We were traveling with our 15 yr old. Bathroom very large. Very clean. The room presented well. The AC worked well. We called down to the desk for a box fan and was able to get one. We are used to the noise and air moving. The reason for less stars is the bathtub and the bed. The tub did not drain well and that is GROSS. No one wants to stand in public tub water. The hot water ran out fast also. The mattress was hard as concrete. The next morning we were so sore we all could barely walk. It is ok if you have to stay somewhere but not the most comfortable for sure. We did come in late for our stay so we did not know about the tub draining until our showers the next morning. I did let the front desk know. Obviously when cleaning crew is coming in they are not reporting to maintenance what needs to be handled.

The room and staff were perfect. Very friendly at front desk despite computer problems causing a long backup of people waiting to check in. Check in took 40-60 minutes causing guest frustration. However, staff worked hard to serve everyone with a smile.

Great stay. Good and plentiful food for both dinner and breakfast. Cocktails are nice. Room was spacious, clean and wonderful. All staff are pleasant and friendly.

Overall okay. The thermostat/room didnt go lower than 75° after 3 calls. They offered another room at 8 pm, but we were in for the night.

Shrill noise comming from bathroom
Reported to front desk who sent someone who immediately found the problem which made me realize they knew about it but didn't fix the problem before renting the room
Told us they'd put in a request to fix toilet

Check in took much longer than normal. Many checking in.
Too long to get drinks. Needed more help. Food was limited. Hardly any salad available.
