酒店房間整潔、寧靜，就在高速旁，是温哥華到班夫的中途休息點，酒店還有游泳池和熱水池，開了一天的車後，到酒店泡泡熱水浴，疲勞也消除了。床上用品雪白，也沒有異味，這酒店算是不錯了，性價比也很高，值得推薦。

總體還可以，酒店有些老舊。我們的房間帶有jaccuzi,不小心按了下牆上的按鈕，然後這按摩浴缸的沖水馬達就響，關了以後約3分鐘還有一次迴響，此時不要去按按鈕去讓他停止，而是應該讓他自動停止，不然的話，你每按一次按鈕之後3分鐘就會有一次迴響，it's gonna take forever.

Not until after i checked in was i made aware that there was no wifi, and apparently that also meant there would be no TV. Other than that it was fine

The hotel is okay and convenient. There was no internet during my stay. Also the bathroom sink stopper was missing, the cleaning behind the shower gel, and shampoo dispenser needs attention and the entrance carpet was loose.
I would have also liked a handle for seniors to exit the bathtub.

So a lot of false advertising about this property. Stated free breakfast and there was not one. Waterslide does not work. Free wifi there was no wifi.Please remove this from your add on *******. It was just ok.

The hairdryer plug and the receptacle (outside the bathroom), are so worn, a second person has to hold the plug in place as it falls out otherwise.
The heating system is noisy likely due to fan bearings failing.
For us, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Credit card was charged before check out, had to check out one day early, no reimbursement had to pay for night I didn’t stay. I will not stay at these hotels ever again, ripped me off

No complimentary breakfast anymore, didn’t clean our room once, had to ask for more towels and tp, had to ask to open up hot tub, will not be back
