The apartment was very well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to automatic washing machine. Beds are really comfortable, with firm mattresses . the receptionist was a delight, providing useful information for sightseeing. Bear in mind that the Washington has no hotel-like facilities such as bar etc. . On the plus side, you can park for free in the street and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including supermarket and good public transportation. The apartment/suite is very modern. On balance, a good base of operations if you’re sightseeing.

I selected this hotel through Bonvoy app as I was driving from Lisbon to Munich. I had somehow low expectations however it turned out to be a very good stay. I liked the style of the hotel. The room was on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, the room was overall very clean and quiet. I was so tired and I had a good sleep. My only minor complaint is that the restaurant opening hours were quite late and there was nothing to eat around 18:00 other than room service. After waiting a while I was offered a burger from the room service menu, which was by the way very good. However I would prefer to have a decent meal at the restaurant if it was open earlier. Breakfast was very good.

Stayed overnight while touring Spain & Portugal by motorcycle. I'm English, deaf as a post and don't speak Spanish. This hotel has all the things I want when I'm traveling, a decent sized room with good en suite facilities, a quiet and peaceful garden to unwind in, and excellent food. The whole place just feels comfortable, but best of all it has really nice, friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Loved it here.

The hotel is in service. A very big stick ...NEREIDA. It is a receptionist/server of the hotel. We stayed two nights since q we had communion. We talked last night about hiring two taxis but we didn't confirm it.They misunderstood the instruction and hired the two taxis. Nereida called me to the mobile and told me q was not right and after discussing, he shut me the phone saying q had to pay 17 Euros to the taxis and q had no moral or ethical. Cdo I tried the subject personally with her, since q I asked, with an incredible soberbia towards me, the client, manifested me q never locked my phone and q , of course, I had no reason q seems to be q , in dreams or in a imaginary world, We confirmed the taxis. I just stayed, request the complaint sheet, which I signed but never sealed me is working. CCompass20962467734This is a small hotel located within easy walking distance from Plaza Mayor and the main shopping, restaurant areas. Essentially you can walk everywhere and even the cathedral is an easy 20 minute walk. Lots of breakfast options nearby so no need to pay for expensive hotel breakfasts. You can get breakfast from €5 to €3 nearby and that includes a coffee, juice, pain au chocolat plus a main item eg tortilla, pan con tomate, churros etc. We went to Senatta - great bakery five minutes from the hotel. We had a double room which was compact but very clean. This is not a luxurious hotel and the rooms are simple but adequate and comfortably furnished. Bathrooms have all the basic amenities and a partial shower screen which means a very wet bathroom floor after a couple of showers. I was expecting better rooms based on the reviews. Annoyingly the lights in the corridors are activated by movement, which is very disconcerting when the sensor is located a number of steps from your room which was our experience. It means you are fumbling in the dark until you trigger a sensor. Not a pleasant experience. Also irritating is that there are stairs to enter/leave the hotel which means lifting luggage. Car park is a short walk away and €17 a night. Whilst our stay was okay will look for other options if we return to Valladolid. Check in and out very efficient.

I was in Valladolid for a conference. My room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the window in the ceiling overlooking the rooftops of the city. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast downstairs was great too. I also used their laundry services and was very happy.

TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE! Ayer sábado día 24 de junio estuvimos comiendo 7 personas, una de ellas vegetariana, en el restaurante el Jardín del hotel Olid en Valladolid. La experiencia fue fantástica! Muy buen ambiente y buena comida, adaptaron el menú de la persona vegetariana sin problema. Trato excelente por parte de los camareros tanto Miguel como sus compañeros fueron muy amables.

Feeling tired and chilly we stopped off at the ibis in Valladolid January 13th it was after 6pm not expecting to stop we hadn’t booked in anywhere, the lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was very welcoming, we didn’t order any dinner as tbh we were too tired to eat but she made up a lovely tea tray for us no problem. Our room was warm & clean the wifi was excellent , the bed was clean very comfortable, peaceful no noise, shower clean and hot, the continental breakfast was very nice,the day time staff also very kind,most impressed will stay again, thank you
