JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa

馬爾代夫酒店的環境都很優美，服務也很好！但有些細節不吐不快：1. 印度人非常喜歡去這個島，所以島上食物的整體風味可以想象！2. 島周邊風浪很大，水下很荒涼也沒什麼珊瑚和魚，不適合浮潛。3. 收費很貴，一瓶迷你可樂就要8美元，每噸飯基本都在500美元左右！4. 水上中心服務很差，自帶的備用浮潛氣瓶不給充氣，而馬代其他島之前有充過的！

這是光酒店的費用 水飛或者陸飛需要另外花錢 需要注意一下 另外一個槽點注意 在一日包兩餐 但是固定是早餐和午餐 這個沒説清楚 應該直接説早餐午餐 別説包兩餐 包餐的也還要注意 包餐可以點餐到房間吃 衹要一個29刀的類似送餐費 但是搞笑的是 小孩子的餐點到房間就需要付費了… 整個度假村沒有很大 純休閑可以的

Φτάσαμε νωρίς το απόγευμα, οι εμπειρίες άφιξης ήταν φυσιολογικές όπως τις τελευταίες 2 φορές στο St Regis και στο Ritz Carlton. Δεδομένου ότι ο JW είναι 1 από τους 3 κορυφαίους του Marriott, περίμενα παρόμοια. Στη συνέχεια, όλα κατεβαίνουν από κει. Ο μπάτλερ μας ήταν φιλικός, αλλά δεν ήξερε πώς να γίνει μπάτλερ, δεν είχε ιδέα πώς να προγραμματίσει το ταξίδι για εμάς και ήταν κάπως ήσυχος οδηγός Uber στο WhatsApp μου. Μόλις μπούμε στη βίλα πάνω από το νερό, επισημαίνω την τεράστια ρωγμή στο τζάμι της συρόμενης πόρτας και μετά περισσότερη ρωγμή στο παράθυρο του μπάνιου. Και ρώτησα αν μπορούμε να μεταφερθούμε σε διαφορετικό δωμάτιο... "είμαστε 100% απασχολημένοι τώρα, και δεν θα μπορούμε να σας μετακινήσουμε. Και παρατηρήσαμε τη ρωγμή, απλώς δεν μπορούμε να την επισκευάσουμε ακόμα." Τότε είχαμε το χειρότερο δείπνο teppanyaki της ζωής μου. Καταρχήν ο σεφ έφτιαχνε τα πάντα μπροστά μου, αλλά δεν το σέρβιρε όπως μαγειρεύει, είναι σαν να παρήγγειλα πολύ φαγητό από την κουζίνα και βγήκα σε 1 πιάτο. Ήταν κρύο και υπερβολικά ψημένο. Και πάλι... ω συγνώμη, δεν περίμενα ότι θα ήθελες να εξυπηρετήσουμε μεμονωμένα. :-o αυτό δεν είναι το teppanyaki; Και τότε συνέβη ένα τρομακτικό πράγμα, κάτι στο φαγητό προκάλεσε κνίδωση σε όλη τη γυναίκα μου, έπρεπε να επισκεφτούμε την κλινική τα μεσάνυχτα, και το μόνο που μας είπαν ήταν ότι σερβίρουμε το ίδιο φαγητό σε άλλους επισκέπτες και κανείς δεν είχε καμία αντίδραση. Καμία συγνώμη, καμία αποζημίωση, καμία επιπλέον φροντίδα για το τι μας σερβίρουν το επόμενο πρωί... η ζωή συνεχίζεται σαν να μην συνέβη τίποτα. Τώρα φοβόμαστε αυτό που παραγγέλνουμε, και όπως όλοι γνωρίζουμε, το check out από ένα νησί δεν είναι εύκολο πράγμα. Και είχαμε την κράτηση για 10 διανυκτερεύσεις, η αλλαγή του σχεδίου της τελευταίας στιγμής σε περίοδο αιχμής δεν είναι. Αλλά περνάω λίγο πολύ τη 2η μέρα κάνοντας κλήσεις και συντονισμό με άλλο θέρετρο. Τελικά, μπορέσαμε να πάρουμε ένα υδροπλάνο την 3η μέρα και να πετάξουμε για το Male και το προσωπικό της Four Seasons Kuda Huraa συναντά και μας χαιρετίζει ακριβώς εκεί και μας πήγε στον παράδεισο. Εντάξει... και πριν συμβεί αυτό, ο JW βασικά μας ρίχνει μια βόμβα προτού επιβιβαστούμε στο υδροπλάνο, λέγοντας ότι δεν θα επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα για τις υπόλοιπες 8 διανυκτερεύσεις για πρόωρο check out. Λοιπόν... είναι είτε μείνετε και μαλώστε γι' αυτό και χάσετε το υδροπλάνο, είτε χάσετε άλλες 8 νύχτες χωρίς να ξέρετε τι είναι για δείπνο, είτε βγείτε έξω και ασχοληθείτε με αυτό αργότερα. Η επιλογή είναι προφανής και τώρα, εξακολουθώ να έχω email και κλήσεις με τη Marriott, επειδή η JW Marriott Maldives εξακολουθεί να απαντά με το ίδιο μήνυμα. Κανείς άλλος δεν αρρώστησε και είμαστε το καλύτερο θέρετρο που μπορείτε να βρείτε. Ως ισόβιο μέλος του τιτανίου, έχω μεγάλη πίστη στη Marriott, αλλά η εταιρεία πρέπει πραγματικά να υποβαθμίσει αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και να μην του δώσει τίτλο JW Marriott για να προστατεύσει τη μάρκα. Είναι το πολύ Marriott, αλλά πραγματικά πιστεύω ότι είναι επίπεδο Courtyard. Ακόμη και το Residence Inn στο Maui είναι καλύτερο μέρος από αυτό.

This place is not cheap! It comes with a prize, but it lives up to your expectations. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. The service was fantastic. Our waiters and waitresses at Aaliya and all the other restaurants including Janice, Cindy Eliza, and the rest were incredible, helpful and friendly. The yoga instructor Vishnu is fantastic and if you have a chance, please do a sunrise or sunset yoga with him. The photographer is also fantastic and took some incredible pictures. The complimentary print that he gave us was amazing. In the evenings, the entertainment program at Aliya restaurant was brilliant. Anna and her colleague Matt played incredible music. Anna has a golden voice and an infectious personality that beats most singers and entertainers . We enjoyed every night, listening to them entertain us. The Tepanyaki chef, Navit, did an amazing show for us at the Japanese restaurant. The housekeepers came and cleaned our place three times a day. Truly five star. I would advice not doing a half board but instead doing a la carte as it is much cheaper than half board. Keep it up everyone. You have a gem here. We will be back!!!

We are just returning from our Maldives Chris**as at the JW Marriott Resort &Spa. First don’t let the distance by sea plane put you off . **A and JW Marriott take care of everything. From the private lounge in Seaplane terminal to your departure onboard a cute sea plane . We had one drop off of passengers at a resort , which took about 5 mins then were on our way to JW Maldives. Our return flight was direct. On arrival you are greeted by the Management Team and Staff. You are assigned a personal butler for your stay. Affan kindly looked after us. I have to mention his attention to detail, kindness , professionalism and manor was exemplary. A great brand ambassador for JW Marriott! Accomadation we stayed in a sunrise beach for a few nights . Beautiful too watch the sun appear in the morning. Villas are lovely and decking, private pools that lead onto your own part of the beach. Sunrise side we noticed the sea is a little rougher . Sunset side our Villa had stunning views and the sea was calmer with softer sand! If you are able to I would suggest Sunset side. Our last few nights were on an overwater villa duplex, our sons was facing the ocean and ours was facing the lagoon. These are stunning and I would also say very well sound proofed from the noise of the sea, a previous resort stay villas were very noisy . All the rooms have lovely amenities, soft towels and the obligatory bath robe. Beach bags, flip flops and slippers were a welcome touch. House keeping were attentive and to an excellent standard . The Spa setting is truly magical and I had probably one of the best massages ever . It’s was amazing and totally eased my stiff neck. Onto dining. All the restaurants are off and exceptional quality. 3 open for lunch and 3 for evening. The Thai is set in a tree house with wooden rope bridge and tables at different elevations . Food is truly exquisite here. The Japanese restaurant we enjoyed their Teppanyaki twice . Jason one of the chefs is a true master . Outdoor seating has lovely views. Breakfast buffet is well worth pulling yourself out of bed . The selection, quality and presentation is top class. Special thanks to Ali who always looked after us and also Janice. We also got to know the management team who are always attentive and genuinely caring. ‘B’ thank you for coming to our rescue one night and immediately sorting the blip out for our son. Chris**as Eve entertainment with the gala dinner was brilliant. Food as expected was delicious and presented beautifully. Overall a truly fantastic island. Great for young kids and teenagers . Thank you everyone for making our Chris**as 2023 perfect.

We absolutely loved staying in JW Marriott in Maldives. The whole staff is amazing, especially our beloved butler Saddaam, who was always one message away and arranged everything for us, always being so so kind to our 2yo daughter. Everybody is so helpful, and Elisa and Janice at the Aailaa restaurant were always ready to accommodate us in the best possible way. Food was so good in all the restaurants around the island. The kids club is one of the best we’ve seen, with a big space outdoors for the little ones to play. Our beach pool villa was very comfortable and spacious, very tidy at all times, with everything we needed. We had the most spectacular experience staying at JW and we look forward to come back next year!

Went awhile back and stayed for four nights. From arrival to the butler receiving us, snorkeling, dolphin watching, dining, and just sitting in our overwater villa and enjoying the ocean breeze, everything was perfection. What a remarkable experience. Our first time in Maldives and hopefully, not the last. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We got reccommendation from a friend to come here. It was very and much better than pictures. Everyone was very helpful and very active. We travelled with our family of 6 members including my parents. Our stay was taken care by our host sadam. He was such a gentleman. Very caring about us. He was like a kid with my child. My son was very happy and he was so comfortable with sadam. Always make fun. He really miss sadam. Thank you everyone for the amazing experience. We will definitly recommend to friends and family.

When we arrived it was very nice with music. We dance. Very nice hotel. Better than photos. Service from everyone was so good. Food is amazing in all places. My butler was saddam. Very kind and very professional. Full of information for any questions. Rooms was very nice and clean. Housekeeping does a good job. Did nice honeymoon decorations and we loved it. Thank you all.
