We went as little couples getaway for a night. The staff was amazing, food was amazing as well. We stayed in a king room and it was perfect. We would definitely stay at the Heathman again. Plus they are dog friendly so we plan on bringing our dog next time.

Heathman is a nice property but the really need to upgrade the fitness room. The single machine they have no longer works

I always stay at the Heathman when I am in Vancouver because of the atmosphere, cleanliness, convenience and customer service. Having a restaurant on the property is always a bonus, and the food is always consistently good. This time however, my stay was a bit different than the usual. My room was on the third floor at the very end of a long hallway, which is definitely not an issue for me. It seemed the 3rd floor was pretty empty, and I really never passed anyone in the hallway moving about the hotel. When I woke with a start to the sound of garbage trucks emptying dumpsters right below my window I had to ask myself why I was put in this room when there were so many that seemed available, knowing my one night stay was going to be interrupted at 6:30 am by the horrendous noise of garbage trucks.

Heathman Lodge could be a great place to stay. The common area and restaurant are very nice. The room was dated and dirty. Stains on the blinds and pretty much everything in the room is out of date. Each night the halls smelt like dirty diapers because each night someone left their dirty diaper trash in the hall. A lot of noise all hours of the night. Banging above our room, people running in the halls.

I loved the building itself. Made out of beautiful large logs. Very good craftsmanship. The rooms are quiet and quit large. I had a single room with king size bed. Very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing too. I had the chicken with crab, mash potatoes and a hollidais like sauce. Very good! The staff was super helpful. I forgot my phone charger they gave me one to use. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

Enjoyed the log cabin experience. Swimming pool and hot tub was a plus.
Food was great sad to see bar closing at 10pm

Very nice property, nice staff. Only ate desert, however very good but small. Will definitely stay again and we live in the area.
