La Grande Residence Vancouver at The Sutton Place Hotel is an amazing hotel for families and visitors of Vancouver. It is located in a terrific area with many designer shops, stores and attractions nearby. The staff were helpful and professional. We will definitely stay at the Sutton Place when we visit Vancouver.

Good location, close to supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Kids loved the pool.

Very spacious one bedroom unit with full size fridge ,microwave/ oven & 2 stoves top . Good value for the size & location . It’s a little bit on the dark side & somewhat dated ..

We did not realize until 3am that the thermostat stopped working which resulted in zero heat in our suite. It was super cold for the rest of the night and into the morning.

What a wonderful stay at the Sutton Place Annually I take my nieces downtown to shop, have dinner and a sleepover. We had the 2 bedroom suite which was so comfortable for the 4 of us. Service was amazing, friendly and quick. I will definately book this again

Our room could have used a few upgrades - you could see some wear/tear. But it was clean, and comfy.

Close to Downtown if that is what you are after. Lobby looks to have been refurbished but not the rooms. All master rooms in the 2 bedroom suites back on to the lifts and so can hear the old lifts banging up and down all night. Asked to be moved to a different room but told they all do this. Furniture very old and outdated. House keeping came at 8:30pm and seemed disgruntled that we didn’t want to leave the room at night for it to be cleaned. 2 of the rooms had holes in the walls. Large and conveniently located but that is about all. Not up to the standard of basic accomodation in 2024 and desperately in a need of a refurbish.

Was incredibly disappointed in our room at The Sutton. Since the hotel is undergoing renovations, they're advertising their new updated rooms on ******* (which is what I thought I had booked), but the room we were given was old and worn and looked completely different.
Additionally, check-in took over 40 minutes with a line around the lobby.
