Melia Las Antillas

Within 2 weeks we stayed here twice. Beginning of the trip for 5 days and end of the trip for 3 days. Love the outlay of the hotel, food is good, you’ll always find something to eat that’s tasty, sometimes even amazing. Drink and coffee were good. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Room was great on the first leg (we were in main building) but for the last 3 days was a little disappointed. We were in a bungalow st the very end and unfortunately the room was more run down. That was disappointing but the 3 days passed quickly anyway. Just wished there was abit more consistency on that. Everyone deserves a nice room, shouldn’t be luck of the draw. It was my third time here, I really enjoy this hotel and would come back

Всё необходимое в номере было, всё работало исправно. Порадовало, что дали номер на втором этаже в самом удаленном домике, это позволило с комфортом отдыхать, не тусовались. Учитывая, что разница во времени составляла минус 8 часов, вставали до рассвета и ранние утренние прогулки по пляжу добавили положительных эмоций к пребыванию в гостинице. Белье и полотенца чистые, номер мыли каждый день, запах приятный, не навязчивый и не резкий (учитывая условия пост-ковидного приезда). Номер большой, размещение прошло комфортно и быстро (после 12 часового перелета это было важно). Море чистое, пляж комфортный. Большая часть отдыхающих предпочла купаться и загорать у бассейнов, что было для нас плюсом (пустынный пляж). Что же до чистоты, замечу одно, персоналу хватало работы по уборке территории отеля и пляжа, но это уже вопрос к воспитанию отдыхающих, кто явно не планировал убирать за собой (хотя урн было достаточно). По питанию - воздержусь от комментарий, его хватало, было и разнообразие, но наблюдались и очереди (персонал наполнял тарелки гостей в связи с ограничениями пост-ковидного периода). Отель старенький, но чистый, просит ремонта, но это нисколько не влияет на тот уют, который отель дарит отдыхающим. Я благодарю всех работников, кто тратит свое время и силы на создание атмосферы, комфортной для отдыха, остаться на отдых более 3 суток мы не смогли (слишком медленно текло время, хотелось активностей). I can’t say enough great things about Melia Las Antillas. The beach is amazing. The food was delicious but the staff make this resort a fantastic place to vacation. If you plan on staying at this resort I highly recommend the upgrade option. The upgrade includes a special concierge service and the staff at the concierge lounge are the best. I would like to mention Naidelys and Greter who go above and beyond to make sure everything is the best it can be. From resort reservations for the various restaurants, special 5th floor parties, assistance with booking reservations at restaurants off the resort, and taking the time to get to know the guests. I can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you ladies. The restaurants are really good. The service demonstrated by the staff is excellent. For anyone worried about the quality of the food or shortages, I can say that this resort had everything. If you are a picky eater then maybe Cuba isn’t the place for you but I can say without reservation that the food was very very good. I also want to say a special thank you to Raul and George at the beach bar and to the beach cook Norbert. These three guys are extremely personable and are just fantastic gentlemen. Thank you. Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. Assisted with booking cabs, and answered all our questions with a smile. Coffee bar staff were also very nice. We had a cappuccino and the lady who prepared it actually wrote ‘Cuba’ in the foam. I know I’m forgetting names but if the managers see the review, the staff are top notch. The hotel is a little dated but nothing worth complaining about. The rooms are very clean the air conditioning is cold. If you are a guest of the hotel expect excellent service and friendly staff. Don’t worry about the small stuff. Enjoy the vacation and just relax. It’s a great place to come to.

This is our 3rd trip to Melia Las Antillas and we are already planning to return. The staff is excellent and go above and beyond to make you feel special. It’s a smaller resort where the staff feel more like family. The rooms are very clean. The restaurants are great. If you want a relaxing resort experience this is the place to go.

Our first holiday in Cuba. The hotel was good. The room was cleaned every day. We had a junior suite room, by booking this room we could enjoy VIP service: cocktails and snacks always available. The VIP concierge was always very helpful and very friendly. In this hotel you could experience the atmosphere of Cuba.

The accomodation was excellent as well as the location. Conciërge is very helpfull, you can ask a lot of things. A la carte restaurants are very nice. Cocktails as well. All in all a very relaxing two weeks with my girlfriend, enjoyed it a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Amelia Las Antilles, in particular because we booked the Junior Suite Ocean View on the 5th floor and therefore had access to the wonderful Concierge Service. The Concierge Team - Greta, Naidelis, and Reinier were so helpful! Having them here to give us advice, coffee, snacks, phone chargers, drinks, etc made our stay! The beach was lovely and the staff at the Las Antillas were very friendly and hospitable. Everyone at the resort is doing the most they can do with what they have to work with and always with a smile.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The balcony gives you a very good view of the ocean, huge pool and well kept grounds. The staff are always very friendly, happy and helpful. The evening entertainment (from approximately 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.).was great every night. The concierge service VIP was excellent. They took care of any problems we had right away, no hassles whatsoever. This is our second time at this hotel and we recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing fun time.

Wonderful experience - the upgrade to the vip and ocean view was definitely worth it. The food was delicious - lots of variety and loved the beach barbecue. Special shout out to the kind staff who went beyond our expectations to keep us comfortable after a incident with another guest at the hotel.. The jeep tour was amazing and loved the Saturno caves. As always, the people of Cuba and their warm smiles and hospitality will have us coming back again. Thank you Melia ! Only disappointment was no Rum some days so pina colada with Spanish whiskey not the same.
