Yo te recomiendo que te instales en el piso dos porque ninguno tiene control remoto el internet pobre y si no estás listo te dejan sin el 😂😂

Nada bueno que decir solamente que la play era excepcional el resto lo que tiene y corresponde al hotel y al personal no ha forma para rescatarlo

Esta reservacion la hice para una amistad que fue con su familia y quedó muy satisfecho en todos los sentidos, buen trato, diversidad de instalaciones. Actividades diferentes dia pasó unos días maravillosos

Je tiens à vous informer que j’ai demandé une réservation pour un hôtel 5 étoiles et non pour 1 ou 2 étoiles !!!
J’ai fait une réclamation au près de l’hôtel et on m’a fait part que les prestations n’étaient pas à la hauteur.
Donc je vous demande le Reenboursement pour la publicité mensongère. C’est inadmissible de vendre un produit tan minable.
Vous pouvez voir les photos ainsi que les appréciations des clients depuis 2017!!

It was alright not amazing but not terrible
Entertainment during the day was good , nice swimming pool , food was not great but you can’t expect much , you in Cuba
