Ήταν μια διαφορετική εμπειρία, ταξιδεύω πάντα με την οικογένεια αλλά αυτή τη φορά αποφάσισα να πάω να ξεκουραστώ και να είμαι μόνος με τον σύντροφό μου, κάτι που με δυσκόλεψε λίγο λόγω διαφορετικών επεισοδίων που βίωσα στο ξενοδοχείο. Όσο για την εξυπηρέτηση των σερβιτόρων και των βοηθών καταστημάτων, πολύ καλή, κάνουν πραγματικά μια προσπάθεια να μιλήσουν με τους πελάτες και να τους κάνουν να νιώσουν σαν οικογένεια, η καθαριότητα είναι αρκετά καλή, αλλά πρέπει να πω ότι όσον αφορά το φαγητό που αφήνει πολλά να είναι επιθυμητά, τα περισσότερα Μερικές φορές κρύα, χωρίς ντρέσινγκ για σαλάτες ή λαχανικά, χυμούς ζεστούς και χωρίς ζάχαρη, δεν υπήρχε μέρα που να υπήρχε βούτυρο, μαγιονέζα ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη σάλτσα για να συνοδεύσει το μεσημεριανό γεύμα ή το πρωινό. Δεν υπάρχει μικρός φούρνος για να ζεστάνεις ένα κομμάτι τοστ ή ένα κομμάτι ψωμί.Η παρουσίαση είναι τρομερή, αν είμαι ειλικρινής δεν υπήρξε μέρα που φάγαμε καλά και αυτό οφείλεται ουσιαστικά στην κακή διαχείριση εκ μέρους των διευθυντών , η μάλλον επιφανειακή εποπτεία και η δικαίωση με όλα τα προβλήματα που υπάρχουν αυτή τη στιγμή στην Κούβα. Το σερβίρισμα ενός ζεστού πιάτου ή ενός κρύου χυμού υπερβαίνει κάθε έλλειψη.
Η υπηρεσία πετσετών πισίνας πρακτικά δεν λειτουργεί, περιμέναμε όλη μέρα για να μπορέσουμε να πάρουμε τις πετσέτες και να μπορέσουμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο, όταν κάναμε το παράπονο οι πετσέτες εμφανίστηκαν αμέσως,
Δυστυχώς, τείνουν να δικαιολογούν αυτό που έγινε άσχημα με όλα τα οικονομικά προβλήματα που υπάρχουν και που όλοι γνωρίζουμε. Πληρώνετε για ένα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων και λαμβάνετε υπηρεσία 2 αστέρων σε εξαιρετική τιμή.

Βρώμικες χρησιμοποιημένες πετσέτες στην πισίνα, κακό φαγητό, πρόωρο κλείσιμο των μπαρ της πισίνας, σπασμένα τζακούζι, φθηνή μπύρα για πάρτι, όλα είναι απλά παλιά και ξεθωριασμένη δόξα και φτιαγμένα με χαμηλό προϋπολογισμό.
Το προσωπικό θέλει να τα πάει καλά, αλλά είναι δύσκολο για αυτούς καθώς πρέπει να τηρούν την πολιτική. Το φαγητό είναι πραγματικά το αποκορύφωμα. Έμεινε για 4 νύχτες και αρρώστησα μετά το φαγητό.

HORRIBLE. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. We had to cancel our 5 day trip after the first night and left back to Havana.
The staff at the reception was rude and hostile from the very first moment. It took them 6 hours to prepare our room, which went beyond the check-in hours. We dropped our baggage and left for the beach and when we were back, our room floor was full of sewage coming from the toilet. Some of our stuff was on the floor and was full of sh*t. The reception staff refused to help clean our stuff, and said that they have no such service. Hotel's so-called public relations officer named "Salas" attended. He also refused to provide any solution, did not even try to make eye contact. We left like an inconvenience here.
The food is the same in every meal. The hygiene in the food court is horrendous. There is no hygiene rule basically. Plates and food boxes are never washed. It is a miracle to not get sick or food poisoning. We were served with exactly the same coffee every day, no cleaning the pot, changing the beans etc.
The rooms... The whole resort is about to collapse. There is no hot water if you are lucky to find any water! Toilet flushes are not working, bathtubs are rotten and full of dirt. The same goes for sheets and towels.
We are aware of the situation in Cuba. We don't expect a full service or whatsoever. But the situation in this place is beyond anything we have witnessed in Cuba as there is something truly wrong about here.
If you are really willing to see the beach in Varadero, please get a casa particular in the area, stay away from any resorts and eat outside restaurants run by locals.
I will never ever be coming back.

房間真的不敢恭維，還沒有熱水，不過景色真的絕，相比較起來，我還是願意忍受房間的缺點的，自助餐還行，比我想象中的要好

Excellent rapport qualité. Prix. De très belles piscines qui sont propres annexé à la mer direct sur une plage de rêve. Buffet correct avec vin blanc et vin rouge du chili. Et bien sûr boissons à volonté.

ベッドルームはまぁOK. しかしバスルームはよくない。鏡は多くの染みがあり、バスタブと蛇口はコンディションが良くなかった。シャンプー、シャワージェルは補充されておらずなくなる寸前だった。
チェックインの際のフロントのスタッフの態度は過去一番最悪だった。無愛想な上、何の情報もくれなかった。このホテルは3食付きで、プールやバー、イベントなどもあり、それぞれに営業時間がある。それらの情報を全く伝えられなかった。17時ごろ、軽食のスタッフが、ここの軽食はもうすぐ閉まる、21時にもっとたくさんの種類が出ると言っていた。ディナーのことだろうと思った。遅いな、とは思ったが、チェックインが16時のため、そういうもんなのかと思った。そのため、22時前に部屋を出た。プールサイドでイベントがやっており、最後の挨拶の最中だった。ディナーに行こうとしたが、すでに営業時間外で食べられなかった。ディナー付きの宿泊でディナーが食べられなく、イベントも逃し、非常に悔しかった。
代わりに、軽食コーナーがあり、しばらく後にオープンすると言われたが、スタッフ達の言うオープン時間がバラバラ。今すぐと言ったり、22:30と言ったり、23時と言ったり。誰も正しい情報を把握していない。一方、サービスもせず、一組のスタッフの男女が堂々と客の見える場所でいちゃついていた。軽食は結局23時にオープンした。一度は配膳してくれたが、その後スタッフは隠れ、彼を呼ぶ術はなく、おかわりには数十分待たされた。
唯一、夜間のフロント付近のバーのスタッフは愛想が良く、テキパキと働いていた。彼の存在だけがこのホテルの良い点。
とにかく、情報が伝えられないのが最悪だった。口で伝えなくとも、紙で各客に配るとか考えないのか。
