Melia Internacional Varadero

Η διαμονή ήταν καλή, αλλά οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου δεν είναι ενημερωμένες, η χρήση είναι αρκετά αισθητή. Η ποικιλία των φαγητών δεν με εξέπληξε επίσης, προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το κομμάτι The Level του ξενοδοχείου. Οι υπηρεσίες εκεί είναι καλύτερες, περισσότερη ηρεμία και άνεση. Το σπα ήταν φανταστικό.

Perfect honeymoon place for you

No one works harder than the marketing team for this hotel because this place was definitely not what they picture. The rooms are dirty with dirty sinks, tubs, showers, floors, sheets, and towels. And as others mentioned there are roaches *throughout* the hotel and it is structurally falling apart. Its concerning the only ones giving positive reviews were in the adults-only “Level” building on the property. If they can’t keep up the standard rooms why would anyone ever pay extra? This is in no way a luxury hotel.

This was my second time at this Wonderful Hotel, I have been 8 times at Paradisus Princesa Del Mar but now this place has become my favorite hotel in Varadero. We travelled the last week of January 2024 for 9 nights and I honestly wished we had stayed longer. Upon arrival we were greeted once again by the Level staff and Management as well. Even the Cart guy waits for us to carry our luggage to the room which is quite nice. After unpacking it was wonderful going down to the lobby bar and saying hello to staff I had met in November, had a drink there and then headed to the beach to stop at the beach bar for another drink. The beach is absolutely crazy beautiful and that`s our spot all week during the day. We had unfortunately 4 windy days with strong waves and that brought Portuguese Man O`war type of jelly fish to the beach, this prevented us from going in the water but that doesn`t bother us because it`s cold up NORTH J We regularly went to the 8th floor level bar where Yili would make our evening drinks, she is very funny and so much fun to be with. We had a special arrangement done in our room for our anniversary on the Thursday which was quite awesome. We ate at Restaurants every night and thanks to our butlers Fonseca and others that took great care of us. We noticed there was pasta missing all time we were there but that too doesn`t bother us since we can have back home. Strong recommendation : have the special Langosta dinner on the beach. The only thing that did not change, is the genuine warmth of the staff, some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I always bring gifts for some Management I know there but also for the maid and Bar staff and they are so grateful. We now call this place Segunda Casa and look forward to our next trip !!! I have travelled along many destinations in the Caribbean with my husband. We have tried most of the best all inclusive hotel brands, and Melia International Varadero gave us the best experience ever. To get the best service and the most of your stay, we higly recomend to get and upgrade to the Level. It worth it every cent. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, spiced with a dazling sea view. Having a room on Level Adults Only gives you an exclusive experience, full of fine dining, access to Level guests exclusive restaurants, 24 hour free room service, private beach area with food and drink service. You also get free access to the Spa infinite pools and Jacuzis, on the top of the main building. Is simply stunishing the sea view up there. The hotel beach is also one of the best I've ever been on the Caribbean, without any kind of sea**** or rocks. The best of Level service it is the personal staff, always ready to satisfy all the guest request. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They also helped my husband to give me a surprise birthday dinner, with a special cake made by the Level chef. The chief of Staff, Margarida, made all the diference and gave us the best experience ever. Cheers to hotel directors Darío Fernandez e Amado Acosta for all the work they have been done. Debbie

I’ve been to Cuba 9 times and this was by far the best resort I’ve stayed at. The food is amazing as are the drinks and the service!!! Joan and the entertainment crew were a big part of the fun we had! The buffet was fully stocked with everything you could need. We highly recommend booking in the restaurant for dinner, the food was delicious!

My husband and I stayed at this resort for a week in a February 2024 and we had a great time. The entertainment team does all their best to have fun activities for the guests every day whether it’s on the pool or at night in the lobby. Rosalba who was part of the entertainment team was there every night and entertaining everyone and gave great service. Thank you for all your effort Rosalba and team!

Our first time to Cuba and will definitely go back to Melia International. The hospitality and resort were amazing. In adults tower level and experience was more than we dreamed it would be. Food selection is limited in Cuba but we did not notice as always had something to eat. Loved the Spanish coffee in the blue bar. Shout out to Annalise who remembered us everyday. Adrianna and her team ensured our vacation was top notch. Water show at the pool one night was great. Beautiful beach. Can't wait to return. #salesservice
