Sol Varadero Beach

Plaj havlusu bulmak imkansız. Suyun az akması sebebi ile klozet 1 saatte doluyordu. Yemekler güzeldi. Özellikle alakart retorantta. Çalışanlar çok keyifliydi. İhtiyaç anında yardım ettiler. Otel konumu merkeze yürüyüş yarım saat mesafede. Herşey için teşekkürler.

This is my first day at the Sol Varadero Beach resort. I chose it because of the fantastic reviews and because it was 16+. My stay was from October 12 - 28, 2024. As it turns out my first stay here coincided with the blackout in Cuba. The blackout lasted the better part of four days. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the way the resort handled the whole situation. The hotel apparently has its own generator so, while we did have a few very minor outages here they were barely noticeable - Some definite challenges with the Internet, but the only real major issue with the lack of air conditioning for three or four days. I’m not sure if this could’ve been managed better or not but it all honesty with that being the only issue I can’t really complain. Spoke to several other people who had been at other resorts. Their resorts were totally blacked out for days and they were moved over to the Sol Varadero. Despite the challenges at home, the staff were friendly and smiling. All of them were without electricity and water for days, but you never would’ve known it The buffet was good. It was repetitive and there wasn’t a huge variety, but what was there was tasty. I tried three of the a la cartes and thoroughly enjoyed all three - Mexican, Italian and Cuban. remember, you’re coming to Cuba and the embargo‘s are impacting their ability to get certain things so keep your expectations realistic when it comes to food. In my book as long as it’s hot and tasty, I’m happy. The rooms are nice. I haven’t been here before, so I have no basis of comparison, but they appear to be renovated. All very clean although some of the showerheads could use some work The pool is great, especially if you’re not a real swimmer. The deepest part of it is 1.25M so nobody’s going to drown in it. The entertainment has been great. I’ve really enjoyed the musicians. Overall, I think it’s a great resort. If you’re looking for an adult only place in Cuba, I highly recommend the Sol Varadero Beach

We recently stayed at Sol Varadero Beach for 11 days.A big shout out to the whole Animation Team,Marlon, Rigo,Osviel,Kiko, Karla and Melissa.They are an amazing team and work very hard to keep all guests busy and involved in the daily avtivities. The hotel is beautiful very well-maintained, very clean, nice size and easy to get around.Perfect location and a 22 minute walk i to Varadero.Food amazing!! Lots of selection,A la Cartes are reallyyy good as well.If you stay im the superior room as we did you get a fantastic Lobster dinner! We already cannot wait for our next visit in 2025..Thank again everyone for your wonderful hospitality.

Thanks to the staff of parole Italien mexican restaurant. Saludos del malcriado . My friends of the animation team specially to Osviel . Always active paying attention to the customers . I had a pool view room always clean air -con worked perfect . The only down side the service at the buffet is under the level of the rest of the hotel . I will come back

Resort is clean friendly and have all the comforts you would expect while on vacation. The pool is well maintained with a small bar to swim up to. Many chairs to sun bathe and relax. The entertainment team will keep you busy if that's your thing with poolside and beach activities throughout the day, along with nighttime entertainment as well. The buffet is also a good time. Fresh meats and fish cooked on the spot. A pasta station and pizza station. A beautiful assortment of breads and pastries along with a vegetarian section. Bars are well stocked and full of helpful staff. Great beach and well maintained. The spa is also lovely. There you will find the gym and on-site doctor. The lobby has a cute little shop where you'll find bottled alcohol, soda, cigars, and little things you may have forgotten to pack. All in all, I would return to this resort without question.
