Hotel Rivera Palace

値段相応のホテルではなかった。 メインの場所から1.5kmほど離れており、場所も分かりにくい。 タオルも言わないと出てこなかったり、ドライヤーもなし。 朝食も美味しくなかった。 スタッフもガンジス川ツアーやタクシーを呼ぶのにもすごい高い値段で押し売りしてきます。

I stayed here for 4 nights in two rooms with family. We arrived late in the night and hotel is inside a lane not accessible to cars. They dragged our luggage on the dirty street, they didn't have a luggage trolley too. Front Office staff are not very friendly and not flexible. Very rigid with rules etc. Restaurant staff are very nice, they are the only reason we decided to continue our stay for 4 nights in this hotel. Rooms are ok, don't give a good feel but ***ageable. Room heaters are provided, which was good due to the cold winter waether. Hot water boiler is central and we need to inform them 15 minutes in advance to get hot water in the rooms. The front office staff are too rigid. On the day of check out, I was down with stomach bug and requested late check-out till 3pm for at least one room as my flight was delayed by 4 hrs, but they didn't agree indicating the next guest is arriving in few minutes. We came out at after 12 noon and stayed in the lobby. But the guests for both our rooms arrived at 4pm when we were boarding our cab to the airport. They could have accommodated our late checkout request but they didn't intend to. They seemed like not interested in retaining guests for further visits. As varanasi is busy and get several tourists. They don't seem to be keen on being guest friendly. This should be the last option if no other rooms are available.

This is a mean greedy hotel. They overcharged everything. Example...31 pieces of laundry, 12 were undies and socks, Rs3750, That's $75 Aus. You can book a boat trip direct for Rs600, the hotel charged Rs1500. That's 60%to the hotel and 40%To the boat. They own their own taxi and overcharge for its use. The driver has no English. Do not stay here.

Extremely terrible hotel and experience with Rivera Palace. The hotel is literally inaccessible. And the worst part is the service, no care for guests whatsoever. No sense on how to talk to customers and deal with them. These people are just here to loot you. The rooms are terrible as well. This hotel feels more like Rs 500 dharamshala then an hotel. Avoid this place and get a far better deal at same price. Don't fall for trap through MakeMyTrip or other sites or from paid reviews on google. Have experienced it first hand thus sharing the experience here. Want a decent place to stay and want to enjoy the Banaras trip, don't come at this place. It will ruin your entire experience.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Varanasi. I lost my wallet in the that has my husband's and ID cards. ***y thanks to Gyanendra who personally took time to get them reprinted before we left.

The stag dastave was excellent customer service for the wonderful the room was very nice and clean the hotel lays at the located in the centre place with his accessories to the temple and it is highly recommended this hotel Mr garima Chakravarthy handle group booking very well

A good hotel with nice location (closer to ghats). Hotel staff was quite helpful and accomodating. Availability of lift made it comfortable fr older people. Special mention to Mr Rahul for making our stay a pleasant one. Overall it was an excellent experience. 😊

Hotel Policy is so pathetic that even on grounds of Medical Emergency they are charging full amount from us even that person is dead they will charge full cancellation charges! This is totally not accepted as you guyz are from Service Industry on emergency ground you should consider it !
