MGM Whispering Wind's Yelagiri

MGM Whispering Winds is a nice, well maintained place. Somewhat out of the way from the little town of Yelagiri, it is a new resort and offers a very good value for money if you wish to stay in a quiet and lush-green relaxing place. Some of the room sizes are small, but that's okay. You would love to be out most of the time, given its natural setting. Swimming Pool was good. Food is good, nothing great. Staff is courteous but service is somewhat slow.

WORST SERVICE ! I EVER EXPERIENCE. HI. Just I book two room ( Cottage - King & Sofa Bed - Sitout ) in MGM WHISPERING WINDS . I book on 25th September 2024 on night they promised say of individual property for two days stay and with price . By manager of the property what he say to contact to other person who is next to him .And then they said details and 19992 prices . When I reach 26 September on MGM WHISPERING WINDS for checkin. They doesn't book the room and they shows some kind of room which doesn't like . So we came family with parents and kid . Manager of property is not at all inform or doesn't contact us . He is canvas to given room on 1st floor . After we ask about that food to manager for that nothing response . There is no more service form what expected . MGM GROUP GIVEN BEST STAY .BUT WORST IN SERVICE AND PROMISED. After today we checked out room they say 27000 totally price differ what they promised. THEY SAY EXTRA AMOUNT WHAT WE BOOK . MANAGER OF PROPERTY IS SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND HE WONT STAY IN THAT RESORT . HE ALWAYS ROAMING OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY. And not at all receiving calls for us we tried so many time and he doesn't attend , doesn't know to handle the customer. And doest know about service also . I NEVER EXPECTED THIS EXPERIENCE FROM MGM GROUP AND WITH RESORT MANAGER KIND OF WORST SERVICE !

We stayed for 2 days. It's a small hill station near to Bangalore and also Chennai . It's close to all the attractions like bird park, lake , some children playing parks Good for a weekend outing Awesome place to stay. Calm and quiet... Excellant services. And delicious food We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days Stay

Excellent stay very well maintained resort with lot of greenery & refreshing environment rooms are very clean spacious and comfortable views from balcony are very good.. food at restaurant was very good and tasty. Staffs are very courteous & cooperative . Mr Aman in particular was very good and managed our requirements very nicely will like to visit again

They had the fluffiest pillows but also one of the best properties in Yelagiri. Very beautiful. Warm and courteous staff. Lots of games to play. Excellent live music with dinner. Special thanks to Surekha for making our stay pleasant and beautiful.

The stay was really good and place was well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was really good and multiple options. The camp fire planned was good and activities planner was very engaging and made it fun. Around 1.5 km away from Swamimalai trekking start point. Overall a good location with greeneries around. Only drawback is that most of the room windows facing mid of the facilities, so not good view from room without compromising privacy.

This trip was special to my family get-together, we had two wonderful special events (parents Anniversary and sisters birthday)to enjoy...The resort is very beautiful and close to nature , enjoyed the birds chirping and peaceful environment... Thanks to Niranjan and team

We had a great time with our family for two days. It's a lovely property and highly maintained. Food was excellent and Roufitha was really good at keeping us entertained, be it the Bon fire dance, Musical chair, and giving us suggestions for sightseeing. She is the best. Highly recommend this place.
