房间厕所有臭水沟的味道，导致整个房间都是臭味。
The toilet in the room smelled like a gutter, which made the whole room stink.

The hot water system has some problem, but the location is good. Self check in and no one at the property.

No hay servicio de recepción pero la chica de la limpieza es súper amable. Muuuuuy limpio y con vistas al Gran Canal. Muy guay

It was very easy to find the hotel. The directions were easy to follow and everything was as we were told they would be. It was clean and neat.

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Venice. The staff was unresponsive, enough so that we needed to last minute find another hotel the night of. There is no front desk or staff on site, so there is never anybody to reach out to, especially if you are traveling on a weekend. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property was in a great location close to all transportation. The suite was very spacious. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs.

First, the star rating system above doesnt work. and ther was no staff there anyway. I was hard to find, even with the maps. Perhaps the map should point out that the geen door is tucked in a corner, not actually facng the street/canal. The suite was Ok, a little confusing with the 2 bathrooms. The living room was very sparsly decorated-- we saw int the living room/lobby for rooms 2, 3, 4, 5 & it was much nicer. Also, we couldnt get the safe to work. But good lacation for our needs & we foind some good restaurants too.

Entrance door lock was not working. Random people were coming inside and asking if room was available. No elevator or Lift. To carry luggage 3 floors on stairs was not easy. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Could improve if restroom or toilet and small pantry for tea and coffee are added to the common area.

This is the worst hotel I ever dealt with don’t not recommend to my worst enemy. They are rude. There’s nobody there to talk to is supposed to send me a code at 3 PM and the code in arrive until like 5:30 PM. They refused to work with me to not stay there.
