We had a great 3 night stay at Ripples n Tonic with our 3 children (ages 5,5 and 6) and grandparents. The play area is set up well and entertained my kids from first light until dark, we also used the communal kitchen one night for a bbq whilst the kids continued to play. The animal feeding each morning also kept us busy and entertained. The staff were all great! We stayed in Hollydean cottage and it was large, warm and well equipped. Location was good - just couple minutes drive to Ventnor beach and 10 mins from Cowes & Penguin parade. Seeing our children enjoy the outdoors and animals so much was priceless. If we lived closer we’d be regulars for sure! What a great place!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every minute. Our three bedroom apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Was wonderful hearing the animals in the morning. The owners are very welcoming and the staff were lovely showing us around the farm and getting to help feed the animals.

Highly rated hosts, unique place , my kids always enjoy staying in this peaceful environment. Well equipped clean cottages. Surrounded by all this beautiful and peaceful animals in a beautiful natural setting. We have stayed so many times and we will keep staying as often as we can !!!! Popi and Voula

Ripples and Tonic Farmstay is SO good for our family. Safe, fun and a place you can really take a breath. From experiencing farm life, to great play and communal areas, my kids also get to practice their social skills in an inclusive and friendly atmosphere. Accomodation is brilliant. It’s our 4th visit and we will be back! Thank you for this haven!

This is a lovely place for everyone regardless of age or ability. Everyone in our family group which included 2 with different disabilities enjoyed themselves. The cottages and surroundings are comfortable and well set up .It is close to all the many attractions on Phillip Island. We had a problem when the electric went out unexpectedly. The owners came as soon as we contacted them to fix the problem. The family members only complain was I should have booked for a longer time as there was so much more they would have liked to do.

Nice cottage for a family. Lovely farm with friendly animals. Location is close convenient. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The shower area has no barrier, so water splashes out in the bathroom. A mop should be supplied to prevent the slippery floor after it is used.

I always appreciate the time I spend at Ripples and Tonic. Since 2020 when we were first introduced to this Farmstay I have been coming with my adult daughter and her three children at least once a year. It has never disappointed me. The overall vibe is so relaxed, generous and supportive. The accommodation is always fresh, clean and homely. The play areas are well kept and thoughtfully planned. The grandchildren are so content to be here, loving the freedom to roam the farm, play with other children if they are about, and of course the daily morning feed of all the animals. The animals are well cared for and gentle. Mick and Di bring a radiance to this property which they share with great pleasure. Ripples and Tonic is so much more than just a place to go; its warmth and charm will stay with you wooing you back again and again.

We spent 5 days at Ripples n Tonic with our family and enjoyed every minute! We loved feeding the animals every morning and being able to visit them all through the day. And the evenings of camp fires and wood fired pizzas just made it all the more special. The accommodation is modest but the accessibility is brilliant - first time we have ever had BOTH bathrooms being accessible. For this family of 4, including my wheelchair bound son, and two carers it was perfect. And of course during the day you can get out and see any the fun things Philip Island has to offer. We will be back 😊

This property has become a firm favourite since our first visit several years ago, and my wife and I can't fault the place. A place where you can do as much or as little as you want, with friendly hosts and ample privacy. Its central location on the Island also means that most attractions are no more than 10 minutes away by car. All cabins and cottages are well appointed and comfortable, and it represents good value for money. You'd be hard pressed to do better, and very difficult to please if you didn't enjoy your stay here.
