Nothing went smoothly with this hotel from the moment of reservation made few months before our stay. I was lucky to reach them during the restricted hours they would answer the phone to understand why I didn’t get any confirmation for my reservation, which was non- reimbursable. After that only they sent a confirmation email with some information that was not corresponding to reality upon check- in. They said we have free access to the spa at Chalet Adrien, which turned to be a payable option! The breakfast is outside the hotel, in a different venue, which was not communicated before (if I knew, I wouldn’t book this hotel) . When you find it out upon checkin and ask for reimbursement for the breakfast, they would make you wait for days to respond. And after few times of a reminder, they would respond you, but guess what! They would send you a curtesy email with the proposal to reimburse the half of the breakfast price ( it is officially 20 chf per person) or even upon checkout decide to keep this money for your next visit! Would there be a next visit? Certainly NO with such strange attitude, the cleaning personnel that would not bother to pass a vacuum cleaner more than once during a 6- nights stay, or even think of changing the bed linen during a 6 - nights stay but instead “mistakenly” take your bathroom belongings from the room and not return even after notifying the reception. Or be ready to beg them for few teabags that would arrive 2 days later to your room! Overly quite a disappointing experience for us. But for those that are mostly looking for a beautiful hotel in the center of Verbier, just few steps away from the Medran ski lift, handy ski storage facilities, spacious and beautiful rooms with good views over mountains and Verbier, this could be a place to consider.
