Very good location.Everything clean and tidy.Would recommend to anyone on a budget.

This hotel is not for everyone. I found check-in difficult and frustrating but for some fine. There is 0 interaction with a living person at any time you're there. So know what your getting in to and hope you don't have any problems. The location is great and the room was bare minimum but clean and adequate. Walls are very thin so you hear everything around you. I had difficulty getting a cab to catch a train and in the stress left a bag with possesions in room. Submitted request for info on situation twice and have heard nothing back. I tried to call a person on their help line but reached a person clearly at home who couldn't understand me (only English speaking) and I couldn't understand him (only Italian speaking). His approach was to say no help and hang up. I would like follow-up because if there is a way to get my package I'd be very happy but don't hold much hope to hear back.

The self check in was okay. Not very good instructions after as to where to go with the QR code and how to use to collect the key and how to get into the building. No instructions as to what keys open what and found it very difficult to unlock and lock the room door. We left our keys in the room as there were no instructions as to where to place them at check out.

Very disappointing, bathroom was disgusting, full of mold on the shower walls and outside, toilet seat was no adjusted, they only left 1 toilet paper roll for a 3 night stay of a family of 4 and not replacement, and a very tiny trash can which it got full on first day, moldy smell in the whole room which gave me a headache during the whole stay, uncomfortable beds, the only good thing about is that location is great. There is nobody to greet you and after doing a online checking a day before you still have to do it again once you arrive to the property.

uncomfortable night, There was lack of a warm duvet and the heating system was very outdated and noisy, it felt like a jet engine starting and i could not sleep because of it. I would not recomend this place at least in the winter.

The place is very well taken care of, simple and clean design, it even has an elevator!! it’s conveniently located, in walkable distance anywhere. i will definitely come back here.

The place is great near to the famous arena area and in the heart of the shopping street. I just love it and recommend it to anyone coming to verona. Stuff was extremely helpful

Qualità/prezzo nella media. Assurdo invece il prezzo della stessa camera lievitato a 360€ per una sola notte nel periodo della fiera Vinitaly. Indecente!! Riservato solo a fascia di clientela particolarmente benestante. Ridicoli!!!

Stanza molto ampia e comoda, sarebbe solo da risistemare un po' il bagno che a causa dell'unità l'intonaco cadeva a pezzi. Vicinissima al centro e comoda per i mezzi pubblici
