Room a bit dusty. Due to maintenance work, there are noise as early as 7am+. If you are looking for budget and decent place to stay a night, go for it😊 but if you are a light sleeper, request a floor which is not below from the restaurant. The early morning noise due to the kitchen preparation for breakfast can be annoying.

Staff are all friendly. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Location is strategic near to the centre. Nothing to complain about.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Labuan Point and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's location couldn't be better; situated in the heart of Labuan city , it was just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions . The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city.
However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request or inquiry I had.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Labuan Point was nothing short of fantastic. With its prime location, excellent facilities, and impeccable service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Labuan.

Great Hotel i was a bit unsure when booking as rated 3 star. This is not a 3 star hotel is 5 all day long.
Food great and staff super nice.

Everything was wonderful! I asked to be moved to another room, since the first one smelled strongly of cigarettes, the staff did this without any problems, for which I thank you very much! Internet for work was good.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's centrally situated, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions.
The service at this hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to assist guests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and any requests or inquiries were promptly addressed. The level of service adds to the overall positive experience of staying here. Their also have on site supermarket.
