The worst beds I have ever slept on if you can call it sleep. They were rock hard with perhaps a thin foam pad on top. Everytime you moved or shifted,
You could hear what sounded like rusty springs shifting around.
The bathroom door did not close as it didn’t line up properly.
Very noisy bar right below our room.
I was told they would adjust the bill, they did not.
Good location as it’s down in the Harbour.

This property is centrally located to Inner Harbour in Victoria. It doesn’t matter which way you turn when you step outside, you can walk and experience all the beauty of downtown Victoria. This is not a 5 star property but - and it is a big but - when you travel to Victoria, you have to think about how long you are in your room and the benefits of having a property close to everything. Our room was more than adequate for our needs. The staff were amazing. We will definitely be going back. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and I was great service when checking in. I was truly grateful to get into my room early!! The room was quiet and comfortable. Couldn't be more convenient to all the places I needed to go. Thanks!

The beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. Our bed side table had garbage from a previous guest, and the adjoining door to the next room we discovered was unlocked so man working the front desk came and locked it for us. Overall we had a positive experience.

great stay! Bob at the front desk was the sweetest! very helpful and kind. room was clean, beds were comfy, great view of the harbour!
