Aside from arriving to find they did not have me registered under my name and then giving me the keys to a room that was already occupied, our stay was pleasant and all the staff quite friendly. Convenient location and good food at the pub.

Nice old building for the comfortable room. Good parking. Uneven sidewalk near restaurant entrance a hazard at night.

Unfortunately there was a heat wave in Victoria and with no air conditioning it was quite uncomfortable the first 2 nights.
The bathtub/shower/jetted tub is extremely difficult to step over and quite hazardous. Not the best for short people or those with mobility issues or some seniors with balance problems. It would be good to mention that in the description of the room.

Very cute house with high ceilings and lots of windows. Great ambiance, staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink at the brewhouse were delicious. Overall a great stay.

What a beautiful and charming property! We stayed in heritage house and enjoyed a peaceful stay. There is a water taxi really close by, a walking path, and parking right next to the house. Plus, huge shout out to the lovely human at the front desk who checked us in. They were friendly and offered very helpful information that enriched our stay!!!
