shower facility is very important to travellers, this time we encountered show booth drainage jammed and have to clean it ourselves, hotel cleaner did not find drainage jam problem and did not fix it, except this, the others are satisfactory.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable! We stayed there 8 days and were satisfied with everything. The staff is kind and very helpful. The location is also one of the best part of the hotel: an underground station (Kaisermühlen) is very close to District Living which makes every part of the city nearer and saves your time. Highly recommendable apartment hotel.

I booked this due to the nearby location to the VIC, and have been completely underwhelmed. When I arrived to check in, I was behind only one person. Despite that, it took 25 minutes to speak to the receptionist. Then, the room was not yet available (despite being after check in time). There’s no iron the room - sure, that’s on my for not checking. The ‘fully equipped kitchen’ did not have a single sharp knife, only butter knives. The induction cook top does not work. Overall, very underwhelming.

Good place to stay if you have workshop/conference at VIC/UN office. Great service, rooms are very good and staff is super helpful. Only con is that is a bit away from Vienna central city. I had a good positive stay experience and would recommend it.

I stayed at this place for a workshop at the nearby UN complex in Vienna. Although they cater as a hotel, it is more like a University dorm. The rooms are quite big, with a good bathroom and a small kitchenette. There is a fitness center open 24-7, and rooftop study room, bar and terrace. Next to the reception desk there is a cafe where one can have breakfast, coffee, sandwiches and pizzas. Your room is cleaned only if you stay more than 7 nights (they clean only every seven days), which was not a problem for me. When checking in, you receive a small sponge, dish soap, and shampoo, soap and shower gel for the bathroom. The kitchen is well-equiped. It is very easy to get there from the Airport using public transport. There is a subway station very close to the building. The hotel is on the other side of the Danube river. It takes about 20 minutes by subway to get downtown. You can also walk (about 5 k). You can walk in a nearby island on the river. It is a very nice park.
