Ibis Styles Wien Messe Prater

완전 시내는 아니지만 괜찮은 위치, 화려하진 않지만 깔끔한 시설, 다 좋았으나 다만 객실나 낭장고도 없고 무료제공 물 한병도 없는 점은 좀 아쉬웠다. 어매니티 샴푸는 참 좋았다^^

This is my 5th visit to this hotel. I usually had a very pleasant stay here but this time since the check in I feel I’m treated very poorly and it’s nothing like I remember. I’m a Silver Accord member so I usually get a welcome drink voucher at any Accor I stay and that was the case in this hotel last time too. I didn’t get one, I think the guy at the reception doesn’t even know what that means. He’s cold not smiling, whenever I enter to the hotel not responding as well. I remember the previous times here the staff were extremely polite and warm and helpful. Second thing, last time and that was in October, I had an espresso machine in the room I stayed. This time same type of room there’s nothing. Basically just a bathroom. Overall the hotel is clean and location is great, I’m just disappointed this happened to one of my favorite hotels and I’ll have to rethink in future staying here. I got 3 more nights in this oddness.

+ The reception staff are very pleasant, kind, and always helped with requests. + Breakfast is delicious, balanced, there are juices, delicious coffee. + It is relatively convenient to get to the hotel from the railway station, as well as an acceptable distance from the center (15-20 min walk to the beginning of the center) + Price - The area is not very pleasant, there are few restaurants/bars close to train station or to center, but around hotel it is full of shops and clubs for +18. I usually stay in the lower part of Vienna, where it is much more civilized. In addition, it seems that there is a hospital nearby, because the ambulance sirens do not stop and there is general noise from the road, it is impossible to open the window. - Stuffy/hot in the room. In winter, the central air conditioning is switched to heating mode only, the window cannot be opened due to road noise, but we never closed it because it could suffocate. - The room was dusty. My husband is allergic to dust. At first glance, the room was clean, but my husband was still sneezing and coughing. On the last day, he accidentally noticed that there was a large layer of dust under the bed and closet. (photo). We were cleaned a couple of times, the shower ran out of soap, but they didn’t change it for us, we asked the reception to bring soap, but it never reached us. I had to take soap from the sink into a cup and transfer it to the shower. =) In general, we knew that the Ibis chain was an economical option, but we didn’t know how much. For students it will be fine for a couple of nights, but no more.

Clean. Perfect sevice. If garage is better than it will be mostly top place in vienna.

From check in to check out very good friendly service. Location was good and everything. In the hotel was clean and tidy

Super Clean Hotel. The outside street is a little dull but 5- 15 minutes walk and you are close to most amenities and places of interest like Hundwasser Village and the transport hub Praterstern. If I was in Vienna again I would stay at the same hotel no hesitation. Thank you Ibis Styles.

Really enjoyable stay, in a very convenient location near to transport links. Good: Friendly and welcoming reception staff, very clean room and comfortable bed. Amazing shower. Fresh breakfast selection. Nice bar area. Could be better: Towels could be better (very small). Not able to work the air conditioning so room felt quite warm at times. Hot water in hand basin gets extremely hot so care needed.

Clean but I austere rooms but good price, breakfast was good, smart choice for visitors, wanting to avoid that crowds and cost of inner-stadt I don’t wanna be one metro station away

I’ve seen reviews bashing the rooms here, but personally I loved the modern style - all very comfortable, stylish and clean. Breakfast was also great - lots of choice and good (unlimited) coffee. The man at reception gave me some fantastic recommendations for my trip, and helped me with some “insiders” travel tips, avoiding the busier trams. A few issues stopped me giving five stars - I had to wait ages at breakfast time for some help at the reception desk. Also I’d perhaps have liked some drinks-making facilities in the room, or maybe just some water would have been nice. Otherwise, all was fantastic!
