Getreidemarkt 10 Serviced Apartments

We booked this property late in 2022. Then we decided to extend our stay and the property was very helpful in accommodating our request, However, on the 3rd of April 2023 we received a message stating that our booking was cancelled, without any explanation for the reason. There was not easy to find an equivalent accommodation. Checking the prices, we noticed that they've gone up quite a bit. We suspect that this was the reason for not honouring the agreement. Whatever is the cause, such attitude is disgusting.

· Buchen Sie ein Zimmer mit Panoramafenstern und zahlen Sie mehr dafür. Es sind die Zimmer 201 - 208. Als Ergebnis geben sie mir 103, eine Etage tiefer OHNE Panoramafenster. Ich wollte mit meiner Familie Spaß haben, aber sie haben mich betrogen und mehr verlangt. Ich rufe dich 5 Mal an und sie gehen nicht ans Telefon. Ich rufe BOOK....com an. Sie können sie auch nicht kontaktieren. Null Lösung. Ich bitte sie, das gezahlte Geld zurückzugeben, und sie antworten nicht. Ich empfehle es niemandem. In der Nähe gibt es viel mehr und bessere für den gleichen Preis. Tödlich!

Logement très bien situé à Vienne dans le centre historique, à 2 pas des transports en commun (très pratique pour les visites), très propre ( ménage tous les jours), très agréable et fonctionnel, coin cuisine équipé (plaques, petit frigo) A recommander +++

Le due stelle per la posizione che obbiettivamente è ottima e la stanza luminosa e gli appartamenti moderni. Arriviamo e abbiamo dovuto aspettare perché il self check in era inutilizzabile. Ci vengono ad accogliere ma la comunicazione non era semplice. Poi per quanto riguarda la pulizia non so il buon punteggio come sia possibile. Probabilemente avranno cambiato gestione o i criteri di pulizia sono diversi perché sennò non si spiega. Stanza apparentemente pulita ma in realtà polverosa, molta puzza e in particolare lo scarico dei water. Vengono per “pulire” ma in realtà non c è mai stato niente di pulito, rifanno solo il letto e anche male. L ultimo giorno abbiamo trovato pure la porta aperta!!! Poteva entrare chiunque!!! Non lo consiglierei per niente

prenoto questa struttura in partenza da Roma in auto, mentre ero in viaggio, solo 4 ore prima, mi mandano una mail, ripeto, una mail, con la quale mi annullano la prenotazione per motivi tecnici! mi sono accorto dell0annullamento dopo aver parcheggiato e sceso le valigie all'interno del portone, del quale avevo già il codice. in fase di chek-in mi accorgo dell'annullamento! assurdo, ero con moglie e figlie, nessun supporto, neanche da Booking che mi propone una camera ad un prezzo simile, ma poi in fase di prenotazione diventa il triplo! state lontane da strutture come queste, bellissime in foto, ma con chek-in fatto senza reception o persona fisica che ti accoglie e spiega qualcosa! eravamo soli a Vienna ed ho preonotato al volo un'altra struttura! aspetto ancora risposte ai miei reclami sia a Booking che alla struttura che ovviamente sono spariti! delusione totale. fate attenzione!

Had a cancellation policy for customers but that is not reciprocal as the venue cancelled on just just days before arrival . Blaming Covid yet Austria and Vienna lifted all restrictions for vaccinated travellers Very poor communication Avoid , lots of other more reliable , better quality , better value accommodation in the city

Limpio, barato y cerca del centro. Ideal para un par de noches. Cómodo, buen wifi, sencillo sistema de clave y checkin. A 5 mins andando de la Opera de Viena y 15 del centro (Catedral). Sencillo, pero muy bien de precio para lo que hay en la ciudad

This apartment complex occupies the top 2 floors of an old apartment building and is very well located for Central Vienna, little more than a 10 minute walk to all the major sites - both cultural and retail. Check in is fully automated but clear instructions are provided beforehand, so no issues here. First the good points - The studio room has comfortable beds, adequate storage space and a good size bathroom with walk-in shower. Water pressure to my mind could have been a little stronger. Service is very prompt and pleasant - If you ask they deliver! Now the quibbles one minor and one major. - The kitchenette was on the small side and difficult to work on, both for food preparation and electrical sockets. Kept having to switch plugs between the kettle toaster and coffee machine. But the big issue for us was no wash baisin in the toilet, so you either had to use the kitchen sink or walk across the apartment to the bathroom which was very annoying. To summarise, this apartment provides good value for money right in the center of Vienna, but lacks a few features which in my opinion would increase its rating

Appartamenti ampi, luminosi, dotati di tutto il necessario, in posizione perfetta per girare il centro di Vienna: metro, ristoranti, musei, mercati, tutto a 5-10 minuti a piedi. Check in elettronico rapido e agevole.
