Δυστυχώς, μείωση του αριθμού του προσωπικού εξυπηρέτησης με αύξηση της πελατείας. Έχει χάσει την αριστοκρατική αίσθηση της μπουτίκ καθώς έχει πάει για τη μαζική κινεζική περιήγηση με πακέτο ολονύκτιας αγοράς καταλυμάτων. Ως μεμονωμένος ταξιδιώτης που μένει πολλές νύχτες, αυτό σημαίνει διακοπτόμενες νύχτες καθώς οι καθυστερημένες αφίξεις διευθετούνται και οι πρόωρες αναχωρήσεις από τις 5 το πρωί και μετά. Η αίθουσα πρωινού γεμάτη σε περιόδους αιχμής. Το πρωινό είναι μια ελάχιστη προσφορά από μαζικοποίηση ασιατικού φαγητού και συμβολικού δυτικού φαγητού. Πήγα σε κοντινά καφέ και εστιατόρια για να πάρω ένα εναλλακτικό αξιοπρεπές διατροφικό πρωινό... Απαιτούν μια κατάθεση 1000 μπατ σε μετρητά κατά το checkin μάλλον υποτιμητικά. 2 ανελκυστήρες σε ένα συγκρότημα 22 ορόφων δεν είναι καθόλου επαρκής, ο τρίτος ανελκυστήρας που προορίζεται μόνο για το προσωπικό. Η πισίνα είναι υπέροχη, αν και η πιο δροσερή εποχή του χρόνου δεν διατηρείται τόσο καθαρή όσο τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες, το γυμναστήριο είναι αρκετά εντάξει, όχι ο πιο σύγχρονος ή κορυφαίος εξοπλισμός γυμναστηρίου. Οι πρόσφατες αυξήσεις των τιμών των καταλυμάτων δεν το καθιστούν πια καλή αξία. Το τοπικό προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό παρά το ότι είναι καταπονημένο. Η τοποθεσία είναι κεντρική πολύ καλή για βόλτες στην πόλη. Λάβετε υπόψη ότι έξω είναι ο χώρος προβολής του κέντρου Vientiane. Είχα 4 νύχτες σε μια σκηνή ποπ μπάντας Calsburg έξω από το ξενοδοχείο, με υπερβολικά μπάσα να αντηχούν σε ολόκληρο το κτίριο μέχρι κοντά στα μεσάνυχτα και αργότερα μια νύχτα. Ζήτησα και πήρα αλλαγή δωματίου, αλλά η κακή/πρακτικά χρήσιμη ηχομόνωση δεν βοήθησε. Το "διπλό τζάμι" δεν κρατά έξω τον θόρυβο της κυκλοφορίας ακόμη και στον δέκατο όροφο ούτε εκτρέπει τη ζέστη από τον απογευματινό ήλιο. Το δάπεδο τύπου "μαρμάρου" διασφαλίζει ότι όλος ο θόρυβος του διαδρόμου μεταφέρεται αδιάκοπα στο δωμάτιό σας. Οι άνθρωποι που εκτιμούν τον ύπνο τους προειδοποιούνται. Οι χώροι διατηρήθηκαν καθαροί με μεγάλη προσπάθεια από αδυσώπητη βρωμιά από ομάδες μαζικής περιήγησης.

The room is nice and comfy. Location near places to visit. Breakfast is good. Staff generally accommodating I lost my keycard accidentally and they charged me 10usd for that.

The building is new and clean, but there were a lot of group guests, so it was very crowded and disorderly during breakfast. The location is inconvenient as you have to take a taxi to go to restaurants or anything other than the department store area. It's average compared to the price. Cross road coffee Cafe very good...

It's a really clean hotel that offers all the amenities. The employees are friendly. I was able to relieve the tiredness of the day by sipping my tea with the river view in the room I stayed in. Its location is in a central location. Also the price is very cheap compared to the facilities offered. I forgot to take photos of the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, I could only take photos of the pool and the lobby. but it is the same as the photos shared by the hotel.

Hotel was nice and a good price. Reception allowed me to check in early at 12 which was nice. Arrival at 10am but was told £30 to check in early which was more than what I paid for the night. Room was clean but unable to turn bathroom light off. No switch for this. Pool was nice but sauna wasn’t working which was a bit disappointing. All in all a nice hotel and would stay again.

Nice place, excellent amenities. Awesome gym and pool, and a wonderful buffet breakfast. Delicious! Nice view over the Mekong river. On a busy street so it's easy to get a taxi or tuktuk but it is also within an hour walk of most attractions. Big shopping malls next door with foodcourts and grocery store. Can pay with credit card at the grocery store in the basement of the mall.

I booked 2 nights there and I was so enjoyed all my stay. The food was great, service and staffs are very good. Swimming pool is so nice. I will surely stay there again once i visit Vientiane next time 🥰

Location was very good as it is next to two shopping malls. There are a Parkson Supermarket, cafes, eateries bank to name a few essential for foreigners though there are nothing much for retail. The center bus terminal is a stone throw away where one can travel to and from the airport, within the town center and also cross the Thailand-Laos border to as far as Bangkok.
