Balcony 4 m2, east facing position balcony 3 m2, north facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Pleasant stay, well maintained apartment. Well equipped for families with small children. Just lacks a little storage, a row of wall units in the living room would not be too much. And finally, I don't know how the hot water flow is regulated, but in the
