Even though it is located within the village, it offers a terrace where you can enjoy dreamy moments facing the mountains and taking in the panoramic views over the village. The pool is saltwater, measures 6m x 4m, has a depth of 1.30m to 1.45m, and is surrounded by 6 sun loungers for soaking up the sun. The house comprises 2 floors. From the street you will access the ground floor where you'll find a hallway leading to the living room. It's equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, AC, satellite TV and pellet stove. Next, you'll find the dining - kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and equipped with AC and a table with chairs. It offers all you need to cook your best dishes. There is a washing machine , a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor you have 3 bedrooms with AC, closet, TV-set and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two of them have twin beds and the last one has a double bed. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. There's a toilet for the whole accommodation. Down the stairs, on the inferior level, you'll find a room to play pool and the gym with a varied equipment to exercise. Buger is a small town located in north-central Majorca. It's perfect for those who love peace, some services, the traditional cuisine of the island and also the beach since the nearest one is just 17.5 km away or about 15-20 minutes drive in Muro or Can Picafort. These are fine sandy beaches with crystal clear water that will amaze you. If you like golf, the nearest course is in Pollensa, about 15 km away. The exteriors of the house are really beautiful and will make you not to get bored at any time. After having breakfast under the porch, you can spend the morning cooling off at the private pool, sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, playing table football and billiard and, the littlest ones, in the wooden house or running around the lawn. Then, you can prepare a tasty barbecue in an absolutely magical place and just start over again, back to the pool! This is chlorine and measures 10 x 6 m large and 1 to 2 m deep. The majestic house is distributed into two floors. Once you come in, there is a spacious living room with A/C, where you can watch TV-SAT, a DVD movie or listen to music. Likewise, on the left side, you have access to the dining area which is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob. Right from there, a corridor leads you to the laundry boasting washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as to a bathtub bathroom and a two single beds dormitory. Upstairs, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower, the other with hydromassage bathtub and shower. As well as this, there are also 4 more bedrooms, two of them featuring double bed and two having two twin beds in each. One of the dormitories has terrace with beautiful views too, and all of them have wardrobe apart from air conditioning. There is availability for 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The finca belongs to Búger, a small village situated at 4.5 km, but even close to Sa Pobla, at about 1 km. In both towns, you can find the basic services such as bars, restaurants, etc. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is the nearest, at 14 km or about 10 -15 minutes driving, as well as the golf course of Pollença, at 16 km. The house boasts a fascinating outdoor area. A wonderful garden area with fruit trees surrounds the 12x5m chlorine pool area and an outdoor shower and sun loungers for you to relax after a dip. A fully furnished porch with a ping-pong table for your entertainment and a terrace with a chill-out area and table for all guests invite you to enjoy a wonderful barbecue with your companions. The barbecue is mobile but is mainly located in the kitchen ready for summer meals. The interior of the main house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV and a fireplace to extend the evenings. There is also a large table with chairs to enjoy your favourite dishes with your family and friends. The gas cooker is independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the same floor there is also a toilet. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, all with double beds and mountain views. All have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. There is an annex where you have a fourth bedroom also with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
