The exterior area of this villa is wonderful. There are several garden areas and, in general terms, a beautiful plot, but the best of it all is the chlorine pool which is surrounded by the beautiful views to the mountains and the fields around. The pool sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 0.9 to 2 metres. You can sunbathe on the two sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the peace and privacy. And a few steps away you find the porch of the house which is perfectly furnished to spend a nice evening and enjoy a delicious barbecue by a glass of wine. The house is laid out on just one floor. The living - dining - kitchen, with AC, is very comfy since we have all we need in the same room. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob to cook while you enjoy an appetiser and chat for a while. Then, you can sit on the sofa and watch the satellite TV channels or read a good book. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in an independent space. There is one bedroom for you to rest at night featuring a double bed, closet and AC, and finally you will find a shower bathroom. Moscari is a small charming village located amid the Tramuntana mountain range and belonging to the municipality of the picturesque town of Selva. The area of Moscari is perfect for those in search of peace, mountains, excursions and also those who want to know the Mallorcan habits and traditions. This wonderful house has a peculiarity and this is, that as it is located only 300 metres from the centre of the village, it is characterised the the peace of the countryside but, at the same time, you won't be isolated and will have all services within reach. The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is the place not only to swim but also to sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or read a book under the thatched sunshade with a fully paradisaical style. Lovers of grilled meats and vegetables find their place at the great exterior barbecue together with a covered area to have lunch all together. In front of the house there isa second rustic styled table also available. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living-dining room, which is very comfortable to relax while watching satellite TV on the sofas and armchairs; a large traditional kitchen with ceramic hob; a bathroom with shower, a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. At the top of the stairs, you will find a third bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with AC. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a place for a cot and a high chair, and a fan. There is a laundry room with ironing board, iron and washing machine. Moscari is a little village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The garden is a true paradise, a dreamy place to relax between the lawn, the mountains and the refreshing swims in the pool. This is a salted pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and a with a depth from 0.5 to 1.7 metres. It is surrounded by fantastic corners where you will fell as in a different world, like for example, the Bali bed and the 6 sun loungers, the thatched awning for a delicious breakfast and the perfectly furnished porch to enjoy a barbecue. You will also find a basket hoop and a ping pong table, in case you want to practice a bit. There are two buildings: the main house and a little attached building. Both feature gas central heating and the interiors combine modern and rustic styles with a great taste and delicacy. At the main house, the stoned walls and wooden beams in the living room offer a charming atmosphere, perfect to enjoy a DVD film or the satellite TV channels, or to listen to some music. The kitchen, spacious and independent, has a gas top, strong table for meals all together and direct access to the garden. The laundry room features a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. An air-conditioned corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms with a closet each. Two of the bedrooms come with two twin beds each, and the last one has a double bed an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath and independent shower. There is another bathroom with a shower. The exterior area of this house resembles paradise. It combines the rustic style with other paradisaical details that transform it into the perfect place to spend your deserved vacation. Feel privileged whilst swimming in the chlorine pool -of 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth from 0.7 to 1.8 metres-, and admiring the lovely views. Next, to the pool, you find the lawn area with two sun loungers to bask in the sun or enjoy a good reading whilst listening to nature. Then, beneath the porch, a barbecue will be the best meal either at noon or in the evening. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. When you enter, the majestic hall leads to the staircase to reach the rooms and spaces of the house. The first floor offers a spacious living-dining room, with satellite TV and DVD player where you can rest or enjoy your meals all together. You will cook your best recipes in the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, a dining area where you also can have your meals and exit to the porch and pool area.
