Hotel Oleandro

This hotel hosts a quad bike activity run by Andrea. The experience was simply awful. We booked 4 quad bikes at 120 Euros each, total 480 Euros. We arrived at Hotel Oleandro, this man showed up, filthy and quite erratic. He first taught us how to use these quad bikes and, while trying to speak English, kept giving us contradictory explanations. Soon, he started shouting one thing to say the exact opposite in the same sentence. I was so confused I started to feel nervous. Because we had children with us, the whole experience started to feel very uncomfortable and stressful. And that was just the "practice" time! After 20 minutes of being screamed out, I decided NOT to drive my own quad bike (which I paid 120 Euros for) but simply to hop behind the "so-called" instructor so we can start the activity. We were at that stage all edgy and distressed, including our children who wanted to leave before it even started. I sat behind Andrea and as soon as we left the hotel, his body odour was so strong that I started to faint. He kept telling me to put my arms around him but I couldn't. I hold on to the side of the quad, praying I could get away. After 10 minutes, I asked him to stop and left. I was sick and full of his sweat. I walked back all the way by myself. When the rest of our group returned, from this horrible experience, a father with his 11 year old child, had an accident. The quad went upright and both were severely injured with blood and scratches all over their backs. Andrea was worried about the quad and didn't care about his 2 guests, especially the little boy shocked and crying. When the group returned to Hotel Oleandro, they demanded a small refund for my quad (that I didn't use, including petrol) and for the accident. The manager of the hotel refused all responsibilities and told them all off. My precious advice: there are several quad companies charging the exact same price for a quad bike tour. DO NOT BOOK this place. We went with them as we didn't know one from the other. Andrea was rude, aggressive and couldn't manage a group. The hotel where the quads are being rented is terribly managed. Believe me, book elsewhere. They are dangerous, should not have a license and should be banned from advertising this activity.

Not happy - staff were unprofessional, and when issues were pointed out, were unaccommodating. There are many other places to choose from, closer to public and other transport. Not sure where the star rating came from, though it seems many places in Italy are given stat ratings too high for the premises.

E stata un bella sorpresa,posto tranquillo lontano dal Casus del centro,ma a le stesso tempo vicino a tutto.A pochi passi da una delle spiagge più belle della zona,cala molentis (un vera chicca) personale molto gentile e disponibile (carlo una persona squisita)consiglio la cena nel chiosco, ottimo servizio e cordialità .qualità prezzo top

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione tra le verdi colline e vicinissimo alla meravigliosa spiaggia di Punta Molentis. Ho trascorso un soggiorno rilassante e molto piacevole Ritornerò sicuramente!!!

Potenzialità ma nel complesso da migliorare. Aspetti positivi: oasi di pace, silenzio, terrazzìno privato, colazione e sala colazione esterna. Grande gentilezza del personale, sia la receptionist che della signora a colazione. Stanza spaziosa. Frigobar. Aspetti negativi: totale mancanza di rete, il Wi-Fi fornito dalla struttura non funziona. Piuttosto isolato, comodo solo per punta molentis, strada sterrata per raggiungere l’hotel. Bagno TERRIBILE, doccia minuscola, non c’è il doccino, non c’è kit igiene, il lavandino è in pendenza, non ci si può appoggiare nulla. Non c’è una mensola n’è uno sgabello per poter appoggiare il proprio beauty. Aria condizionata non funzionante, si accede fa rumore ma non esce aria. Il potenziale c’è, ma poco sfruttato.
