Logis Hôtel - le Relais du Parisis

I have just returned from a long weekend in Paris with my colleagues and a group of teenagers from my school. We were lucky enough to stay at this excellent hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in France before, both on school trips and with my family. This has surpassed my expectations for accommodation, food, hospitality and all round atmosphere. The location of the hotel, meant we were able to drive to the centre of Paris in half a hour. It is also an excellent location for Disney and the airport. The hotel had a gated carpark that made us feel safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast provided for both staff and students was of a high standard. The evening meal was also delicious, our students loved the chocolate cake and icecream that was served. On returning home, I have already looked at the availability for the Summer as I would love to bring my husband and two children to stay with me at this superb, family friendly hotel.

Worst worst worst service ever. I paid for large room but the room I was given was the tiniest no where to move, just a bed with a small table & chair. Bathroom'lock was faulty so I end up going to reception at mid night twice as u wasn't able to open the bathrooms door. Waited for so long then hotel's chef came to fix the bathroom's door and just opened it and left.. later it got locked by own again. So I had to go to reception again, chef came to fix it and opened it with a key and didn't fixed it again. So I had to leave my Bathrooms room open for my stay otherwise i wouldn't be able to use that. Also, on arrival I was told by receptionist guy that breakfast is included in my booking. So when I went for breakfast in the morning, just had a bread because there was limited options for vegetarians, just had a slice of bread and I was to go back to my room where reception lady came to me and asked me to pay extra 11.50 euros for breakfast. The guy who checked my booking details and informed that breakfast is included was also there. I asked him about it and he tried explaining to that lady but she wasn't ready to listen anything. I didn't even said that I won't pay. But still she was shouting that you have to pay and was shouting for about half an hour. I don't understand French so wasn't able to understand but the guy on reception explained everything in English what rubbish she was talking and also said she is her boss so he can't say anything to her and apologised for her behaviour. I end up giving her 12 euros. Gave money to her, no apologies from her side nothing just rudeness. Left hotel after giving money to her. I was there for my holidays but she just spolied everything without any reason. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Be aware guys.

hôtel parfait, que ce soit l'accueil, la restauration et la literie. J'étais sur Paris avec mon fils pur le salon Intermat et l'hébergement était parfait, éloigné de la cohue des voitures mais pas trop loin du parc des expositions. Je recommande cet hotel

Soirée étape plus que correcte repas du soir buffet et plat très très correct et copieux Nombreux choix en entrée comme au désert chambre Tout à fait correcte , lit confortable personnel sympathique et courtois merci à retenir pour une prochaine fois

Le restaurant est bien. Accueil très sympathique. On peut choisir sa formule . Les buffets d entrées et de desserts sont très copieux, variés, et bon. La salle est confortable,au calme.on y mange bien. Je ne connaissais pas l endroit, mais je n' ai pas été déçu. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
