The views are amazing. Beach boardwalk and great restaurants nearby. Will book again if I’m town.

It was loud. Hard to get room service. Staff not pleasant. Vending machines did not work. No hot water.

The hotel had couple stuff that was broken, the stopper in the shower, one of the sink was clogged, the towel hanger was broken, two elevators but only one was working, and with everyone checking out at 10am, had to use the stairs with luggage, because every time the elevator came it was full, stayed at many hiltons vacation stay before, but this one was my worst experience ever.

This is a wonderful property. Everything is fantastic. Great location with so many options. Great ocean views. I will go there again.

The area, staff and hotel is nice. What I disliked was the long wait for the elevators since 1 of the elevators were inoperable.
Secondly, I had noisy neighbors in the adjoining room, so I called guest services to complain and asked either I move or they moved. I was accommodated by moving from the 5th floor to the 9th floor.
Calling guest services via room phone was annoying because it would ring and ring and ring with no answer. When they finally picked up, I inquired about the delay and was told when they’re busy checking in guests, (I gathered), all calls are basically ignored.

Upon check in we asked for a late checkout, we were told no but we could pay a fee of $115 to checkout late. We were charged a $200 deposit fee for a room that cost $150. The tv in our room didn’t work and after an hour of waiting for someone to come we called to cancel. There was someone vacuuming at 10 pm outside of our room. The desk called us at 8 am to see if they could come and fix the tv. An hour after our 10 am checkout we realized we left a water bottle in the mini fridge so I called to see if we could swing back by and get it. I had to do a lost item claim online. And supposedly they haven’t found it. Just overall not happy with checking in at 4 and being expected to leave by 10 am. The room in itself was fine no complaints. They also don’t tell you that there will be Air Force jets flying over the hotel all day long every ten to fifteen minutes. Would stay again

Booked thru 3rd party and was not aware of / surprised by a $28 resort fee. What resort services did I receive? Bar was closed, winter so no outside anything. Nothing but room included.

The hotel is beautiful. However the hot water did not work in several rooms and there was black mold coming out of the bath tub jets. They had a leak in another room they were going to put me in finally on the third try they got or right.
