The views are amazing. Beach boardwalk and great restaurants nearby. Will book again if I’m town.

Booked thru 3rd party and was not aware of / surprised by a $28 resort fee. What resort services did I receive? Bar was closed, winter so no outside anything. Nothing but room included.

The hotel is beautiful. However the hot water did not work in several rooms and there was black mold coming out of the bath tub jets. They had a leak in another room they were going to put me in finally on the third try they got or right.

Upon check in room smelled like cigarettes I immediately called the front desk to inform, I discovered ashes on the floor which let me know the room was not cleaned fully after the last guest checked out. There was still personal soap/body wash left in the shower. My husband and I tried to enjoy the 21 and over pool and children were in the pool and jacuzzi.

I had a very nice weekend stay with my child. The property was clean and in good working order. There were two elevators and both were functioning well. The adults only pool and spa looked very clean. The family friendly indoor pool was fun for kids. There were a few large support beams that made it difficult to see the entire pool. You do have to briefly walk outside to access the indoor family pool. The self service parking garage was a block away, which wasn’t too bad, but did require some coordination when loading and unloading. A key drop box at the parking garage would be convenient. The staff I interacted with were all polite, professional and hospitable. The studio room had an updated and clean bathroom and an updated television. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were just okay. Overall, our stay went smoothly and we’d return again!

Everything was clean & neat will come again this is one of my favorite hotels because of the location & the view plus more. Always feel welcomed & sleep good every time i come!

When I booked the hotel, it said that we had on-site restaurants. When I arrived I learned that there was NO restaurants in my building. I also did not have any coffee options internally. I was still asked to pay $125 for a resort fee, for what? We didn't have any amenities open. Then when I asked about parking, I was told it would include my parking but not my guest's parking. She had to pay an additional $69 for parking. When I tried to upgrade I was met with anger and frustration from your staff. I was trying to give you more money and they basically told me I was wasting their time. The people at the front desk are not nice. When I asked basic questions, such as: where can I get coffee close to here? I was met with rolled eyes and they said, "everywhere, ugh." I am so disappointed in your service. I travel constantly and plan to return to VA Beach in two months. However, I will not be staying with you or any of our partner hotels.

Our room had a crack in the sliding glass door to the balcony and had a terrible draft coming into the room. Called front desk and no answer. They were closed until 7 am the next morning. Nothing could be done and get not get a hold of anyone.
