Don't be fooled by the outer appearance. The room interiors were new and upgraded.
The staff was accommodating and pleasent to work with, and they guided us with near activities, etc.

The hotel was amazing. Clean, location, customer service was great! Everything about this reservation was great! I would definitely comeback here for my next stay in Va beach. Keep up the cleanliness and great customer service, I know you will have many more happy customers.

The outside looks not the best but the room was very nice. It was small but very clean and newly remodeled. For the price it was worth it.

The employee working the evening shift with the cool glasses was a doll. Loved her face. She was extraordinarily kind and helpful to me and my kids. Rooms were very “you get what you pay for” but nothing to complain about.

Had to switch rooms 3 times. First room had a issue with sink and tv didn't work in second room.

While room was updated, bathroom light/fan was noisy. Floor tile in bathroom was uneven and mismatched. Painting was sloppy. Very noisy............from outside street, street working on and maintenance being done 9-10 pm.

It is my third time I stay at this hotel. It is as nice and clean as it used to be. The staff does their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They have daily housekeeping, even on weekends, and now they have breakfast. Love this hotel and when I come to Virginia Beach it will be my number one choice.

Arrived early on day of check in and was accommodated right away by a very friendly person at front desk.
Room was clean, comfortable and pretty basic decor, definitely a no frills hotel. Hotel is great location with free parking for guests in a busy area, so a major plus. Down side to the place is very loud from street traffic (maybe because holiday and event weekend), place is dated but maintained well, only one elevator is old and slow, ac unit in room worked well but loud, just a sheet on bed no blankets, and bathrooms a little small. I would stay again for short visits as the cost is reasonable compared to other places in area.
