L'hotel ci è stato assegnato dopo aver acquistato un pacchetto per capodanno. Da fuori appare immediatamente vecchio e tenuto male. Alla reception siamo stati accolti con umorismo e battute che definire poco gradite è un eufemismo. Una volta entrati in stanza ci siamo trovati in una lercissima topaia. Sia i muri che le tende presentavano enormi macchie di chissà cosa. La cassaforte malamente appesa a un muro e il frigobar sporco. Sfortunatamente questo è nulla in confronto al bagno. Dalla descrizione dell'hotel sembra quasi che la mancanza di un box doccia sia un pregio quando invece devi praticamente lavarti sul lavandino. Una schifosissima tenda divide il wc e il bidet dal lavandino/doccia, se non rimossa te la ritrovi in faccia qualora tu debba usare uno dei due. Punto a favore il fatto che se si toglie la tenda si può facilmente usare il lavandino e il wc contemporaneamente dato che seduti sull'ultimo ci si trova praticamente con la faccia nel primo. Unica nota positiva in questo mare di sporcizia il balcone spazioso (anch'esso tenuto malissimo)

Beautiful hotels, the reception are very nice and we found ourselves really good, very clean and especially very comfortable, rooms with beautiful views are very close to the sea... even though for just one night it was a beautiful experience, We will certainly return for a run in Rimini ❤️❤️❤️

Lungo week-end pasquale. Personale gentilissimo, educato e sorridente che già dal primo approccio telefonico dimostra la propria disponibilità e cortesia. Hotel pulito e ordinato, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Colazione assolutamente degna di nota, con tante proposte di ottima qualità. La cucina (solo colazione) si attiva per soddisfare ogni richiesta in modo rapido e davvero apprezzabile. Preparazioni sul momento, proposte salate e dolci, servizio al tavolo. Posizione comoda con viale Ceccarini - raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi - e vicino alla spiaggia. Possibilità di parcheggio sotterraneo e videosorvegliato. Gli esterni non si presentano benissimo, l’hotel necessiterebbe di qualche intervento di manutenzione (arredi esterni e facciate così così). Le camere sono graziose ma piccoline, adatte per un breve soggiorno ma poco comode per periodi più lunghi. Suggerisco un frigo bar più fornito, anche a pagamento, e di aggiungere un bollitore. Manca purtroppo un’area bar (forse non operativa in questo periodo). Hotel Pet Friendly, che sconsiglio a chi poco tollera la presenza di animali ma che invece è super adatto a chi viaggia con il suo peloso, al quale sono riservate numerose attenzioni e accortezze. Tornerei anche solo per la colazione e l’ambiente amichevole e cortese, che è la vera forza della struttura. Con qualche miglioria e rivedendo qualcosina potrebbe raggiungere quasi la perfezione. I proprietari si sono contraddistinti per correttezza e professionalità; eccezionali padroni di casa ed esperti albergatori che hanno rimediato a un problema in modo distinto e inaspettato, dimostrando grande signorilità, competenza ed efficienza. Complimenti sinceri e grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff

The hotel is very clean, on the mountainside, just breakfast. The pool is a bit small~ It’s amazing that there’s no quilt, only a thin layer of sheets, I don’t know if the hotel has heating. We found 2 blankets in the closet and added them together. It’s not too cold~

The hotel is located near the beach, in a beautiful area with lovely villas and hotels on the steet side and a wide, sandy beach on the other side. The walls between rooms are thick and that provides you both privacy and silence at night. Rooms also have tea and coffe set as well as a hair dryer.

GGuest UserI traveled with my teenage daughter throughout Italy, stayed mostly in four starts hotels and found the Riviera Mare to be the best hotel., why? It was not pretentious, it was clean, it served the most AMAZING food (best pasta allo scoglio, wine, and escargot I ever had) , BEST wi-fi in Italy, friendly and welcoming people at the reception. I strongly recommend your visit.

GGuest UserSorry, but apart from cleaning in the rooms and location, for me and my family is a hotel to forget. We have enjoyed full pension for a convention with the company my husband is dependent on. Presumption I went to the wheelchair, unfortunately, when before the holiday I fell and broke my knee. Aware days before they gave us the room at the third floor and the bottom of the corridor. Live who has trouble walking!!! The lift is not normal, so my husband had to close the wheelchair every time to get in there, and I had to be in a corner with a single leg with stamps up to the third floor and vice versa. In the dining room I eaten away from the table because there was no place for the wheelchair ... Another disaster but I fit. Another disaster the restaurant, crude food and sometimes flavorless, often missing fruit. Sweet only the evening, always the same and sometimes even not freeze in time to eat; at the table every time we had to ask for the right dishes for food, cooking and cheese. Organization in the horrible room, you arrived first and you were served last ..... We don't talk about the menu that made you fill in the morning itself and often did not correspond to what you had communicated because in the supplier you had not delivered in time!!!! I am not telling any other episodes as an ascensor one day that is not working and has been closed more than half an hour in a cargo, and I am not sure that it was easy for me, and then in these conditions, even worse. To be a three-star hotel .... I would say one is more than enough. Surely to forget in all senses.

NNicolò SWe stayed in this hotel for 11 days at the beginning of July 2021 and we found to say little well. The hotel is a classic 3-star hotel, excellent location just a few meters from the beach of Viserba. But the difference from other hotels is undoubtedly due to the staff, the owners who have been available all over, the cooks who have delighted us every day with always different and all excellent pieces, the cleaners of the rooms that every day made us find our room in perfect conditions, the night doormaster that was very sympathetic and available for every event. I advise this hotel because we were really good and we'll certainly be back in the future.
