Overall had a really nice stay here, the hotel its self is lovely, modern & clean & I’d recommend it to people wanting to explore the area. The private beach area is beautiful for swimming, definitely the clearest water we saw in Albania although the beach area could do with a spruce up. Good, comprehensive breakfast. We did feel the hotel lacked certain extras which would make it a “premium” hotel. For example, only very basic toiletries in rooms, no coffee/tea making facilities or replenishing of drinking water. All seriously basic stuff, especially for the price we paid. Weird customer service, weren’t ever bought a menu when asked, the waiters in Sanur beach restaurant just reeled off a few random items from the menu. Had to go and find one ourselves. Hotel staff were fine, friendly but nothing to write home about. Finally & most shocking to us was that this is literally a party hotel. There was pounding music every night of our stay (Fri-Sun) literally outside of our room windows. This went on till gone 1am (earlier on Sunday) & we literally had no idea that would be the case, no mention of this at all on the website when booking. Empire Beach Resport has the potential to be a really lovely hotel but work needed on overall service & customer experience before it can be classed as luxury & needs to be more open / honest about the music.

Really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will come back. The resort had everything necessary for a perfect weekend. The staff was great and super friendly. Was great fun to mix both relaxation in the sun during the day and going to the parties at night. Thank you:)

The hotel has a fantastic view and a fantastic beach, but On the webside and IG they write its a place to find peace and relaxasion - that could not be more wrong. I left four days early because there was constant loud pounding music between 8 in the morning and 1-2 in the night, so there was nowhere to find peace or quiet either in the room, at the pool, in the restaurants or on the beach. I don't understand why they don't state what they are - a party hotel.

Service is appalling, staff lazy and rude. Looks great but looks can be deciding.petty rules, scruffy pool area with rubbish floating in pool. Receptionist is arrogant and offensive. Stay away, hotel from hell.i wanted to say good things about this place, but when your treated like your not wanted there how can you.

Lovely hotel but terrible service. Staff are unprofessional and poorly trained. Pool dirty and room facilities did not match those described. Lots of rules that are in their favour, certainly not the guest's. No free water in room despite it being nearly 40 degrees outside and no coffee machine

I was Here with my mum on holidays at the beginning of March. All the people working here were so great and helpful. We had so much fun with the waiters and animation team. Amazing food and yoga, stretching, belly dance classes. wonderful animation nights. Beautiful weather. Gorgeous trip to the orange island. All perfect! I will recommend it to everybody also which children and will definitely come back soon :-)

The stay was amazing. Food was lovely. Drinks from the cocktail bar yummy. All the waiters and animation team were so nice and helpful. Amazing yoga, stretching,belly dance classes. All perfect also weather! I highly recommend to everyone. WE will definitely come back here!

When we asked for the vegetarian options in the restaurant, the waiter had a laugh with no reply on which we decided to eat somewhere else. The restaurant is always out of things. Basics like Coca Cola. Permantly. Very rude and arrogant service. Still, the waiters are asking for a tip. When refusing this they become angry. Without asking I would have considered a tip. The place is quite remote so if you want to eat somewhere else, a car is recommended. There is a lack of sunbeds on the beach although there are plenty piled up in the corner. The breakfast buffet is more then sufficient although they are always out of things like bread or juice. When asking for new bread, a rude reply is ready for you. When my girlfriend became sick I was asking for an apple at the reception because the restaurant was closed at that time in the morning. The lady told me to ask someone else. She wasn’t bothered and continued watching YouTube videos. It felt like the staff has either no idea about hospitality or is sick of it after a busy season. None of the staff laughed at any of the guests. In the end I am happy I only stayed for 4 nights. Because I could not have taken it any longer. The staff makes me frustrated and tired. You don’t expect this from a hotel in this category.
