A comfortable house located in a ground floor on the outskirts of is a large open plan living room, dining and kitchen area with connecting doors on bedroom and kitchen has all modern appliances including everything you need for good cooking. The dining room has a large dining table seating up to 6 people. The house offers the perfect place to is a large covered bbq and grill area with additional seating for up to 6 people. The house has private parking.
A comfortable house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom,located in a family ground floor on the outskirts of house is quiet and peacefull and is an ideal location for expoloring Istria, Pula and Rovinj.
The house has a large open living,dining room and kitchen area with connecting doors room and bathrooms. First bedroom has a large double 180/200 king bed. Second bedroom has two single beds(90*200).all the bedrooms provide sufficient cupboard space for your things. The main bathroom is modern and bright and has shower,and second bathroom has the washing machine.
The kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher,coffe making facilities, kettle, toaster,fridge and everything you need for good cooking. There is also a larder. The dining room has a large dining table seating up to 6 people. The living room offers a plasma satelite tv, dvd,cd player, a well stocked library.
The house is surrounded by olive trees and offers the perfect place to relax, closer to the house you will find a well stocked and coulorful garden. There is a large covered bbq and grill area with additional seating for up to 6 people. The house has big parking place . The nearest beach is Peroj and Fazana and are both less than a 5 minute drive away and Pula airport is 15 minutes by car. My family also have a traditional Istrian restaurant ( family restaurant )- (We products istrian ham,bacon and sausages).The restaurant is 100 m from the house.
