Koversada Rooms

Attention everyone! Maistara has destroyed its own history and European history, turning the camp into a textile resort for the wealthy. Long-time visitors who have been vacationing here until now are being exiled to a part without access to water, shops, playgrounds for children...

We're coming here every single year. This is the best camp for us. The sanitarian bloks is always clean, very frendly and nice staff and the restauran Batana with great food and best view ever. Nice restful camp, near to center of Vrsar, were do you have everything for great holidays.

We've been here before. We saw the prices have gone up, so we expected some improvements, but we came to a construction site. Drilling machines all day long, works on a beach, ceilings in the toilet block repainted, now when the season has already started. So, when in the toilet or shower, workers look down on you from the ledder!!!! Crazy. Lovely nature, though. But so much should have been done, like trimming treees as it's often difficult or impossible to get to camping places. So, one is under impression that they are fast when charging but very slow when work needs to be done. Pitty

The apartments are otherwise modest and not renovated much. The price of overnight stays is therefore quite high. Even the cleaning of the apartments is lame despite the large number of cleaners. Taking out the trash and changing towels too often is all they do. Sometimes they make beds. The toilet seat has not been wiped in a week. The food at the Amfora restaurant is excellent. My wife and I were very surprised by the breakfast and dinner buffet and the large selection of food, which remains so almost until the restaurant closes. We have never met such friendly staff as in this restaurant on any holiday. We missed the internet a lot. Not only does the WiFi not work at all in the apartments. Even in a restaurant, it is difficult to connect during meals. If nothing else, they should ensure good WiFi connectio in the restaurant. I agree with other opinions regarding access to the sea. We tried almost all accesses. The vast majority have sufficiently reliable fences, but the accesses are also mostly covered with algae and very slippery. We also witnessed swimmers falling, luckily without injury. Annual cleaning of these accesses really shouldn't be too much of an investment for such a large camp.

Koversada, das Reiseziel meiner Kindheit..... Die Erinnerungen an diese schöne Zeit begleiten mich bereits mein ganzes Leben und ich hatte immer nochmal vor dort hin zu reisen. Alle sprechen vom alten Koversada, da wo Charme und Natur noch die Hauptattraktion waren. Diese Zeit vermisse ich...... Früher haben wir Seepferdchen im Meer gefangen, Katzenhaie und Kraken. Fische ohne Ende, Krabben, Seespinnen usw. Mit Boot in den Fjord gefahren(der damals noch im hinteren Bereich Militärisches Sperrgebiet war), mit Boot übergesetzt auf die andere Seite in die Römerbucht. Dort waren nur Leute mit Boot, weil sonst nicht zugänglich. Wir waren bei der Gräfin essen oder die einfache Variante in der Kantine und genossen das Camping... Für uns Teenies ein Paradies..... Klar waren die Waschhäuser marode und alles nicht so hübsch, aber so war es halt, wir waren nicht verwöhnt und mit wenig zufrieden. Ja soo lange ist das schon her, als ich das erste Mal auf Koversada war, da war Tito noch an der Macht.......... Der letzte Urlaub vor meiner Lehre 1983.... Doch, wenn ich heute die Rezensionen lese, die hier geschrieben werden und ich mir Fotos von Koversada anschaue oder nur Luftbilder bei Maps, dann erkenne ich den Ort nicht wieder. Klar, alles unterliegt dem Wandel, aber muss man so übertreiben....... Die Erinnerung an einen wundervollen Ort kann mir niemand mehr nehmen, aber von einer Neuauflage Urlaub auf Koversada, kann ich so nur Abstand nehmen. Ach so, ich musste einen Reisezeitraum anklicken um eine Rezension schreiben zu können, habe 2024 gewählt....... 1972 stand leider nicht zur Auswahl.......... :)

dopo quasi 20 anni che mancavo ho notato con disappunto che hanno installato casette tenda snaturando il luogo semiselvaggio che era.troppi bimbi piangioni che gia' al mattino non lasciano riposare ma questo non posso addebitarlo al campeggio. noto una recensione di una coppia che con tenda e auto ha pagato 25 euro,non credo che sia possibile in quanto io ho pagato piu' di 60 euro al giorno,devo ammettere che e' davvero esoso,la vecchia gestione era piu' economica rapportata agli anni trascorsi,una persona sola con una piccola tenda e senza piazzola non puo' pagare tanto.ottimi i servizi di base(pulizia acqua calda)per il resto meglio organizzarsi un caffe' a 2.30 euro e una pizza a 12 non mi sembrano adeguati al contesto.
