We had a lovely time at the Aloft. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Waco. This hotel is close to Baylor and just a few blocks from the Silos. Also, great restaurants available.

Everything was great cleanliness but they held onto $150 for incidentals. We got there at 7 PM checked out the next morning at 10 o’clock. It took four days for me to get the money credited back to my bank. I didn’t care for that.

Front desk staff not welcoming. Walls thin. Heard music all night. Charges on my card that i didn't understand.

Very nice room and everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. Love that the shades went all the way down and no light came in.

Beds were uncomfortable. Be sure to ask for towels and room cleaning as its not happening unless you ask for it.

Rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. A bit of outdoor noise that woke us in the middle of night, but eventually settled down.

Booked my stay in April 2023. Arrived after a delayed day of travel in September - called hotel hours before arrival to let them know I would be checking in close to midnight. Showed up to NO ROOM available. After some confusion I was checked into a room they had “blocked off” for special Marriot guests. And the room was DIRTY. FILTHY. Beds unmade, garbages full, dirty bathroom. Had to move hotels in the middle of the night. NEVER AGAIN.
