Steve went above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We had a very late check-in (having driven from Auckland) and found everything perfectly ready for us. Convenient, clean, comfortable. Met our needs perfectly. Will definitely stay again when we are next in Waipukarau.

Fantastic stay clean fresh and friendly management also let me charge car most appreciated this is not something that all EV drivers should think is something that is a gimme it is up to management to agree or not loverly stay

We stayed in a Family Apartment on our Christmas roadtrip and it had everything we needed as a family of 5 with 3 young kids. Kids room was spacious with 3 comfy beds and a queen bed in the living area for us. Room was somewhat 'compact' and I don't think I'd want to stay for more than 1 night, as it might be a bit on the small side for a longer stay, but it suited us for our 'passing through' stay. The kids absolutely loved the motel pool, which was very safe for our 3 young kids (aged 4, 6 & 8). Was worried that the road noise would be an issue overnight, but we all slept soundly with no noise issues. Would recommend as a clean and tidy option for an overnight stay in Waipukurau.

We loved staying there, i enjoyed the pool and the lovely people who run rhe place. Thank you 😊 and also nga mihi to the lovely ladies who tidyed our room. Sorry about the towles, and i hope we left the room okay. Nga mihi and we would love to stay again. Amazing place, very quiet and not far from anything.

I love this place. for a small town property, this place is great. Penny is lovely, great us with a smile. We cane early and the room is ready.
We booked the smallest room but we are definitely satisfied. It has everything we needed, clean, high ceiling, good size room and bathroom and it's very well maintained. Definitely will stay here again

Suffice to say that the room was more than adequate for the needs of my wife and I. It was clean and tidy and room 10 was far enough that we didn't hear any noise from the road. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your establishment.

It was a nice quiet unit and just what we needed as a stop over while travellng the length of the north island. Would definately stay there again.
