The property was modern, well run, clean , comfortable rooms , helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet, incredible restaurant for lunch and dinner, very convenient in the city center

The says parking is included. It is, but you have to post a sign… that the hotel does not provide. I was instructed to go down the street and around the corner to purchase the sign. Not expensive but really, the hotel should provide these.
There was no one at chech-in. I had to go find him. He became frustrated that I did not understand his directions about parking.

Von außen macht das Hotel nicht viel her, da dachte ich schon: oh jeh. Von innen ist es jedoch sehr schön. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite, sehr geräumig, sauber, modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Gut geschlafen habe ich. Leider ist das Hotel etwas geizig mit den Kopfkissen und den Handtüchern. Ich habe zwar auf Nachfrage ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen bekommen, allerdings auch sehr dünn. In einer Junjorsuite kenne ich die Aufbettung von anderen Hotels auch zur Einzelnutzung immer als Doppelzimmer. Das machen Hilton, Motel One, Marriott etc. selbst im Standard Zimmer so. Das fand ich etwas arm, sonst war aber alles in Ordnung.

Super Hotel - Frühstück eine Schande! Wir waren schön öfters in diesem tollen Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber und schön, das Essen am Abend im Restaurant top. Worüber ich mich aber sehr geärgert hatte, war das Frühstück. 1. die Wurst und auch der Käse waren nicht in einer Kühlung ( lag zwar einer Theke, die aber warm war ) 2. das Angebot was es gab, war auch sehr einsam 3. die verpackte Wurst ( Leberwurst ) lag in irgendeinem Körbchen vor der Theke Liebe Hotelbetreiber… es muss nicht so viel in kleinen Plastikbecher verwendet werden. Ich bin kein Umweltaktivist, aber wenn ich sehe was nach einem Frühstück alles an Plastik auf dem Tisch lag, frag ich mich wirklich ob das sein muss. Hotel und Personal 5 ⭐️ Restaurant 5 ⭐️ Frühstück 0 ⭐️
