Booked a last-minute getaway for a studio room. Upon arrival, staff was not as friendly. However, my room although it smelled like cigarettes had a great review. Overall, the hotel can use a facelift but nice if you need a quick convenient stay.

It was fairly central to everything, so very convenient. Very quiet. Very clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I would only suggest heating the pool.

Honestly my only complaint is that Valet parking for a one night stay was $67. You don’t really have any other options. At least they didn’t advertise it. But hotel was nice, staff were friendly, everything was in walking distance, area felt safe, and buffet breakfast was great. Overall 9/10.

The property has carpet stains ! And bedsheets yellow !! After I left they tried to charge me for a party, when we didn’t have one !?!!! Very rude manager! Some staff were very helpful but manager NASTY! Never again

The Good: The hotel itself is very nice and I appreciated the size of our suite. The rooftop area has great views and we enjoyed grilling steaks up there. The free breakfast food was decent. Close to metro, restaurants, Whole Foods and Harris Teeter for groceries.
The Bad: We had some negative experiences with the staff, at check in my husband was accused of doing something shady when he casually scratched the side of his face with his credit card. We’re hilton honors members and were denied bottled water when we asked. Housekeeping never came to make up the room during our 3 night stay even though we were gone most of the day. The pool is small, cloudy and cold. Parking was basically impossible due to the proximity to the stadium.

Fantastic room accommodation. Only negative was that the bathroom faucet was not tightly connected to the sink, but with two hands, I was able to turn on and adjust temperature. Very minor compared to everything else in room. Excellent location for the Nationals ball team, and easy access to the DC Metro. Staff was wonderful and very helpful and friendly!

The property was very conveniently located. Lots of restaurants, ball park and metro. Even a church and park. Close enough to the attractions without the overwhelming crowd. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is the bathroom had a very unpleasant odor maybe from.the sewerage pipes.

Room was not ready at posted check in time...desk clerk told me that it "wasn't her department" and made no offer to make amends or help me meet a deadline for my next appointment. When I got to the room it smelled of acrid smoke...I think someone burned popcorn in the microwave? Was so pervasive it was difficult to sleep. Reported the situation when I checked out, and they seemed aware of the situation but "thought it had been taken care of" they would make a note not to assign it to someone else! I was extremely disappointed and will not stay there again.
