I wasn't expecting the hotel to be very good as the price was so reasonable but I was completely taken aback, the rooms where spotless, the bedding fresh, beds comfortable and breakfast was lovely! Will return!

Staff were very helpful as our travel time got delayed. Warm and cosy and can’t rate the staff enough, nothing was a problem. Parking was plentiful and we enjoyed taking a evening walk whilst feeling safe and in nice surroundings

Great place to visit. Staff very friendly. Hotel was clean. Food good value, especially with kids eating for free in the restaurant.

Lovely Place to Stay rooms were well equiped with what was needed
Food and Service was outstanding 10/10 for the cook and Staff too.
Only down side was games room not enough to keep kids entertained mybe get a 2p coin maching and some games that actually worked but that was only downside i will definatly go bk

Lovely and friendly night staff. We arrived to hotel very late and was greeted by the night security. He was extremely polite and helpful.

Our stay was for 3 nights. On the second day we were back at the hotel just after 3.00pm. The room had not been serviced. The cleaners knocked on the door soon afterwards but obviously we didn't want to be disturbed. The next day, we arrived back before 3 and could see the cleaner was in our room so we sat in reception and waited for her to finish. We couldn't believe it when we went to the room - nothing had been done; hoovering, bedmaking, cleaning bathroom. The only thing done was topping up the coffee/milk. Even the dirty cups weren't replaced. We did moan to reception but they said the cleaner had indicated she thought someone was in the room!

Lovely hotel and staff, breakfast left a lot to be desired but dinner in the evening was very good. Reception staff were very helpful and location is fab if you want to visit the caves and have a walk around the local village
