I love staying here when I'm in Des Moines but I usually have to wait until off peak times, like Tuesday through Thursday.

Staff was friendly. Had everything I needed. The phones weren’t working when I first got there but the issue was fixed right away! Great service! Hot tub was nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial appearance of the hotel was nice. The room was a different story. Our room was not very clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere and looked like it had not been cleaned. The ceiling had some major water damage. It was cracked and looked like it was going to have pieces fall off. Probably not a place we would stay again.

I checked in about 10PM. The young man (34) at the desk was fantastic. Great guy. He got me checked in very quickly and then we had a nice long conversation. If I did not want to get in the hot tub, I would have offered to take him out for a beer.
Room was nice and clean and warm. It was -10 F outside.
The maid took the time to make the room look nice and have it stocked with every item that should be there. There was a glass next to the ice bucket. I would prefer a glass that is sealed in plastic, so I know it is clean.

The young man at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. On top of that the room was such a good price and huge. The whole place smelt and was very clean. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is dirty. The floors are very visibly dirty. The housekeeping knocked early in the morning when I advised we were still in the room, they said they would wait until we left. This is not up to any Marriott standard and I would never stay here again.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We slept well! The breakfast had good variety.

Very courteous staff, welcoming lobby area. Room was good other than the air/heat temperature was very difficult to regulate. Was disappointed by the pool area, which smelled like a locker room and did NOT match up to the photos online.

Wry easy to get to from the Interstate. Reasonable rates. Clean and comfortable. Nice little suite. Good hot breakfast.
