Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester

It is very convenient to my customer end. it’s clean room and good people for my staying here one night.

Door was damaged as if someone tried prying the door open. Thr tub was dirty.... The toilet seat looked like someone chewed on it.... Annoying beep in main entrance... Remote did not work for the tv..... Just a bad smell walking in

The woman at the front desk at checked me in was very helpful, consider it and kind! Room is very clean. Who place smells very nice.

Upon check in there was a sign on the desk stating that the complimentary continental breakfast was discontinued. It is listed on their website and we were counting on it as part of our time there and wouldn't have to figure out a breakfast. Won't stay there again.

This hotel is not near any accommodations. No restaurants or stores are within walking distance. But the hotel it clean.

WE checked in and never up-packed. There was mold in the bath room and all in all the room looked as if the beds had just been remade. No comforts or extras whatsoever to this place.'When you sat on the bed you bounced like an old fashioned coiled bed. Notot say it was but to say it was uncomfortabe. Wall had holes in it as well. We went in one door and out the other because unfortunately the poor front clerk who did not understand English very well was not responsible for the condition of this hotel. Very disappointed that ********* have this place on their list of hotels?

when I book i look for breakfast and we found out when we got there that there was none.

This place is disgusting! It doesn't look anything like the pictures at all! This place is not clean, has no hot water, tub buttons were black, elevator doesn't work, vending machine is empty & doesn't work, staff behind the desk wasn't wearing shoes, the carpeting on the stairs is filthy & had puke on it when we checked out. Tile floors were dirty & sticky. Also had to switch rooms because the rooms had an adjoining door to another room & at midnight the couple next door started fighting and there is no soundproofing under the door. There is at least a 2 inch gap under the door. The beds were super uncomfortable and didn't get any sleep. There was no headboards, but dirty mirrors behind the bed. If we hadn't paid for this room in advance we would have canceled and gone to a much nicer hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again as it was gross, dirty and not kept up.

Shower was dirty, elevator was broke, back door was left open for any incoming none tenant, electrical outlet left uncovered, and broken toilet seat and sink drain seal had make up cap. Not to mention loud tenant at across room till 4am. Ouch. Had a flight the next day and had to actually knock on other room door to have them shut up.
