Staff was friendly. Many undesirable people hanging around the property smoking. Wife did not feel safe and did not want to go to the parking lot.

I booked a room for a one night stay. When I checked in, there was a sign stating they were helping someone else and they would be back in a moment. I waited for awhile and then someone finally came out from the back, it was obvious they were not helping another guest. When I got to the room, it smelled of mildew and smoke, there was a used bottle of the complimentary shampoo and "body" hair in the shower. I cleaned it out and realized there was no hair dryer. I tried to call to the reception desk, but the phone did not work, nor did the bedside lamp. I wen to the reception desk for a hair dryer but they were out of hair dryers.... The free breakfast consisted of coffee, flavored coffee-mate, and some granola bars. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was great. My only complaint was not having a coffee pot in our room. And, only one non flavored creamer in lobby. Otherwise everything was great.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was clean and orderly. I appreciated the option of the kitchenette but be aware that you have to request everything as it is not actually in your room at check in. The coffee pot was so small I went and bought one from Walmart to use. The grab and go breakfast was awful. Chocolate/Blueberry muffins and oa**eal was the only choice. The coffee pots were empty by 7 am. The area was nice and convenient with lots of shopping nearby. There are no pools and it seems this place is geared more towards people working from out of town rather than people on vacation.

Everything was great. Love the hotel. The room was clean and confy. The staff was great. I would be back.

I liked having somewhere to lay my head I didn’t really feel safe and comfortable this time the staff made me and my SERVICE ANIMALS feel disrespected there was no mention of cash deposit beforehand and after I made sure the room was clean I didn’t get my deposit back and she accused me of burning furniture and “ruining her linens” I don’t think an establishment should have white towels if cleaning sweaty skin is going to be a problem

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff was great and very nice. My family and I were driving through to Miami for the night and stopped to sleep. Kids were getting dropped off by a school bus. A man walking off the elevator made a comment to me, some rough appearances as well. I was unaware of the neighborhood as we aren’t from here. The elevator smelled of **** and the hallways, there was also someone extremely loud above us. The hotel again was great it was more so some of the other guests that made the experience not so great.

The hotel and staff were great. The place was kept almost immaculately clean. Some of the other guests however, were noisy and rude and/or "entitled". My Wife and I got on the elevator with another gentleman to head up to our respective rooms. A stop on the second floor was greeted with a young couple with two pit-bull's who were either going up or down. The gentleman decided to take the stairs the rest of the way up to the 4th floor, as they were obviously taking up the allowable space inside. Awakened by noise outside around 10PM where it seemed a little "party" was occurring directly below our room - maybe they were just smoking and joking. Was awakened again around 4AM, as the room above ours was hosting a sumo wrestling event or a one legged Pirate foot race. The next morning, a cursory look around revealed the property may be being used as some sort of short/long term housing for economic (or otherwise) migrants/displaced persons. On the brighter side, there was a Popeye's Fried Chicken joint and a "Sprouts" Organic Market across the parking lot. Again - the Staff was awesome. Checked in and out without a hassle, and my car was not vandalized overnight. Just a little too noisy and the overabundance of "Pets" put me off a bit. Seems everyone has a "Service" animal - or otherwise these days.
