For starters we arrived around a little after 11pm after driving 6 hours and the room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk multiple times but kept getting the answering service. The next morning the housekeeper changed the bed linens and cleaned the bathroom. The shower was dirty and so was the glass. The mirror hadn’t been cleaned it had greasy elements on it. There was hair everywhere! We tried to make the best of it. I will not stay at this facility again.

The property and staff were great. The ****** seems to have slipped. Popular machines like Wheel of Fortune (the original) were nowhere to be found and a popular 7's game I loved was also gone. In the past you could play for a reasonable amount of time but this trip not so much. The machines seem much tighter. It was not just me; I did not see the usual happy "YES" from people winning like before on past trips. We will probably go back to Tunica next time as at least there is a variety of ******'s.

The propert itself was fine. Our problem was we had an employee just walk into our room. He said he was doing a final inspection but we had been in the room for a while. Made us very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving without even staying the night.

I parked my semi in their lot and had a short walk inside, the staff at the sports bar were amazing and the ladies at the desk were also. Room was fantastic and I will definitely return when my travels allow

The hotel overall was nice! But our room needs to be touched up a bit. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped and the shower cleaned.

Loved the room. Ordered a pizza from the sports bar and it was overcooked. The security person when you first arrive was rude. However, the security person when we left was friendly.

Nice hotel. The shower could use better maintenance on keeping the grout clean but other than that, no complaints.

Hotel did not have tv reception. We were told that IT was working on it. Checked hours later and was told maintenance would have to be called to fix it in the room. Called for maintenance and was again told no reception due to IT issues.
Shower has an overhead rain shower and hand held sprayer. Could use some instructions on how to operate it.
Room was so ious, looked clean however I found a marble on the floor and wondered if it had been cleaned.
Coffee, sugar and creamer were provided but no stir sticks or spoons.
Went to the lobby desk and asked for more towels. Was told housekeeping would bring them to the room. They were quick to arrive and brought them up in a lovely big shopping bag.
Staff were super friendly.
Mixed emotions—nice staff, great large room just really missed my travel
TV time.
